"Beautiful location, we had nice terrace to sit out on overlooking pool. Not sure all rooms as good. Rooms are in a partially restored village and quite basic but in character. Views of green hills and distant mountains great. We were surprised though that village is some 800 meters above reception and restaurant down steep road . "We wanted a hotel near motorway as an easy overnight stop. Unfortunately access to hotel from motorway was more complicated than it looked. Rooms OK, although one door could not be operated by keycard and the aircon could only be operated on/off by switch in fusebox. Dinner no more than OK, breakfast paltry. Generally average service in restaurant. On checkout, hotel's card payment system not functioning so we had to make a separate transfer later"

"I did a Expedia booking and payment at the same time as usually. Next morning the Hotel Staff or owner force me to pay another time explaining me they did only the deposit and start to show me different papers, I refuse to pay another time explaining him several times I already did the payment at that point he become very rude and kick me off the Hotel Hall. So be careful with this Hotel the manner are very rude and unprofessional if you listen to him you maybe charged twice as often Italian...
