"Great place to stay when visiting Bucharest. Very clean, shower was hot and had great pressure, front desk was helpful, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. All for a great price. We arranged transportation to and from the airport through the hotel for 30€ and we're very happy with the service, especially given our early flight out on a holiday. The breakfast buffet had fruits, pastries, yogurts, cereals, coffee, eggs to order, and more. Recommended."

"I loved the quality of the restaurants and the staff. Despite being in Romania where there are not many, in my experience, who speak english; All of the staff spoke english and were very helpful at helping me find my way. I booked this hotel over my other options due to the advertised out door pool and the sauna. What I was not told is that the pool is closed and being renevated and the inside pool is a seperate business that is open to the public for access. The gym was nice but very difficult...

Don’t waver just book Room service staff is world class - I consider all of them Familys online in Bucharest but when I need a mini vacation or a business meeting the Palace suite is key with great views and the executive suites with city views in level 5 are the best / - book it I know all hotels in Bucharest this is the best as I know."
