"Beautiful spot. Good food and facilities. Pity that use of beach for swimming and snorkelling prohibited during our stay but understandable Room only had one sheet and nothing else. Concerned that the previous occupants used soap was left for us and no new soap provided "

Beds were uncomfortable, and small repair jobs needed to be completed, broken fan face (still operational) broken soap shelf detail (still usable). Small detail, toilet roll not replaced on arrival. "We had a lot of our family staying here at Tanoa and let me say our experience was just amazing! Everyone here is so friendly and very helpful. The AC is one of the best, nice and cool air. Every staff was so friendly and helpful. The ladies cleaning our room always made it feel so much cleaner every time we came back to our room. We will definitely come back and stay here at Tanoa! "

"This was delightful hotel, a bit quirky and out of the way, but the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and food tasty. The whole place could do with a bit of TLC and the menu updated as several choices were unavailable all week. That said, for a locally owned and run hotel it’s a bit of a gem and any faults forgiven as the staff are so good. Please visit!"

"We loved the “open to the sky” shower with a big rain head fitting. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were amazing & really friendly and respectful. They use local produce really well. Wifi is complimentary in the Reception area but SAT20 per day otherwise. The pool area is beautiful and has its own “swimup” bar "
