"Upon arrival, there was a crowd at check-in, so they told us to have a sit and they would call us. After 25 minutes we realize they forgot about us. They charged my credit card for both rooms without even asking. We only found out at check out that the rooms have been paid. "Wanted somewhere inexpensive to stay in the old town. This was the cheapest place on Hotels.com and had good reviews. I would recommend staying here to anyone who isn’t worried about their room being perfect. Instead they are happy with somewhere simple and good value for money. I would happily stay here again. "The property is beautiful but needed maintenance. Air conditioning was not adequate, bathrooms were not cleaned well, and could not figure out how to operate the TV. We had no hot water in the bathroom plus the shower head was broken. It's a shame cause it could have been a nice hotel with basic maintenance."
