"Nice property, good selection of outdoor pools. Good buffet. Nice staff. Room was a good size, decent cleanliness but quite a few things that needed fixing (some of which were fixed over the course of our stay). Bed hadn’t been made up as a double as requested and took a long time to rectify. "

"This Hotel is not worth anywhere near what we paid. Rooms were tired and outdated. Old scabby blankets and bed sheets. Shower that you had to keep stopping or it overflows out of the basin. I requested a pool view months before travel and they didn’t even try to help. The buffet was basic and slapped together. We are breakfast and didn’t bother with other meals. DON’T GO ALL INCLUSIVE. drinks are watered down tripe. You’d put your towels on a lounger at 08.30 and go get breakfast only to return...

"The hotel is very big but it never felt too busy. The room was large and clean with a lovely view over the pool and the ocean in the distance. I sent several queries in advance of our stay and didn’t receive a reply to any of them. We booked full board and the confirmation from hotels.com failed to mention that long trousers are required in the restaurant at night until 21 June. "Lovely villa in a perfect setting. We only had bed and breakfast and the only downside was that there wasn’t a snack bar only the buffet option. The Sahara restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend. Would be great if they did a lunch menu at a set price. "
