"We stayed at 21 Nettleton at the start of our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. PERFECT! The hotel itself is a mansion on the hill top with only 6 rooms, so you get ultimate privacy, attention to detail and peace. The staff are all fantastic, on hand for any little thing you need and nothing is too much trouble for them. The pool is lovely, with a small jumping ledge, if you like that sort of thing (I do!). "Mount Grace is set in the beautiful foothills of the Magaliesberg mountains. Our room was clean, but was a bit musty. The bathroom was beautiful. The Spa is lovely and the treatments were wonderful. It was upsetting that the floatation pool was in disrepair - I was particularly looking forward to floating in there. The other facilities were all good. The one Restaurant was undergoing renovations but we made do with only one restaurant. We had a great rest and came home relaxed."

The gardens and farm are not a performance - at over 2000 acres and something like 700 staff they somehow manage to seamlessly blend luxury with genuine production, and the variety is extraordinary.
