"This property did not hold up to it photos or reviews as well as the the commodity that it says it offer there was no free microwave, the refrigerator was dirty also the shower the shower plastic was very dirty. This stay was very disappointing. "

"This was a beautiful property for enjoying my last two days in Saint Lucia. Unfortunately I had no power for about 7 hours upon my first day which resulted in me missing my school course online. However, it eventually got restored. Room was nice and clean. Reception staff was amazing, and so was staff in doolittles restaurant which is attached to the resort. My only complaint was the security guard Ian, at first he was friendly and nice but then it turned creepy. Every time I would walk by...

"After I made my reservations I learned that the Hummingbird Beach Resort WAS NOT ON THE LIST OF APPROVED COVID-19 INSPECTED PROPERTIES. Countless numbers of attempts by me to phone the management went unanswered --- I ended up going elsewhere (a property which WAS on the covid approved list -- WASTE OF MY TIME"

"The still beach house was a great stay. The amenities are basic but it has everything you need. Michelle was nice and helpful and seashells was the best price for great food we found in all of Soufriere. The views were amazing, the wifi was fast for working remotely, and the house keeping staff was so sweet. Captain Peter provided us with awesome excursions. Definitely recommend staying here. "

"Pleasant hotel but the wifi/internet was out almost the entire time we were there."

"Gorgeous properly and awesome staff. Beautiful views, first class hospitality and everyone is so accommodating and helpful. The only thing I would say is the wifi isn’t super reliable for working remotely if you have to do video conferences, but we made it work. The staff was willing to reset the router when I asked and helpful with so many other things. Truly an exceptional experience and our favorite stay of our trip. "
