"We had such a wonderful stay at Poppy's Barn. The property was exactly what we were looking for - beautiful setting, very comfortable, quiet & welcoming. My daughter spent ages enjoying the grounds, building special places for the fairies to visit. The host was absolutely lovely - I hope we are able to stay here again someday. Highly recommend!"

"This was our second stay at this property. Lovely cosy cottage easily accommodated four adults and a dog. Ideal location for short drives to loads of great walks. Karen made us feel very at home when she stopped by to clean the flat upstairs. She was happy for us to leave the dog at home if it was too hot to take her with us. "We had an excellent experience, we really enjoyed the facilities, gym, sauna , steam room and swimming. We even played football and basketball. The place was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely come again given the chance. "

"Recently refurbished hotel, really lovely spacious room. The only downfalls were the room door lock didn’t work & it was noisy as you can constantly hear the main door below opening and closing. Also cold room, I turned the radiator on but didn’t come on. Check in/out staff were great, very friendly. I ate in the restaurant on the evening, service VERY slow.
