"Overall pleasant stay rooms were great, but there was issue with the wifi( not secure enough) someone hacked our email and my kids app store on ipad, but we recovered back. Also we tried to bill to our room when we purchase whether to use the spa service or in the pool, we couldn’t, we had to pay separately all the time. We complained to reception but they just said they will investigate thats all. No apology or tried to do anything. Also for 5 star hotel food was average."

"Hotel description includes elevator. Our deluxe suite was on the third floor but the steep spiral staircase was difficult. Even the young staff who came up was puffing heavily. We were offered a similar room in the part of the hotel that does has an elevator.
