"We stayed for 3 days and upon arrival we were greeted by Mr Kutay Berk and shows us the room next day Mr Kutay gave us walking tour of surrounding places and also gave us driving tour with very reasonable prices he is very knowledgeable trustworthy and kind and gave us abundance of history about Istanbul our kids loved him and we recommend him for your next visit to turkey"

They were not friendly, didn't want to help or talk to us when we needed assistance; even when I used Google Translate.I asked for a better room & what we were guaranteed by Expedia, they refused to help. Toilet paper, not simple basics of shampoo & soaps were not supplied! Only given 3 towels for 4 nights for 3 people. Rooms not cleaned daily. Sheets stained. No trash cans in rooms. No...

"We absolutely loved this hotel! One of the best accomodations experiences in our travel history. The apartment was great. Daily housekeeping service was exceptional. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was always delicious.This hotel was better than any of the hotels we've ever stayed at in the US. Highly recommend it!
