"This property is just okay...we checked in, took one look at the room, came back on Expedia, booked another room and left the key on the counter, all within 10 minutes of arriving at the "hotel". This place is very misrepresented on Expedia and it is cute and serene, but not for us. Upon walking in, it's a cute, cozy "living room" with a fireplace and the guy that checked us in was friendly (and shoeless...odd...). He personally walked us up to our room and told us about dinner. "It was our first time in the castle itself, usually we stay in the lower hotel but the rates were comparable to the least expensive so I booked one night in the “castle”. The only complaint we really had was the heater in the room was controlled from a thermostat that was down the hall and was for the entire building so our room was either cold or way too hot even with the windows open in late April. "Amazing! Cannot get a better location! So close to everything! Quick walk to village shops and slopes. Very clean. Lots more room than I was expecting for two big 17 year old boys and parents. Kids had their own bedroom, bathroom and storage area on main floor, adult had master suite with own bathroom upstairs. Plenty of room in kitchen and family room. The only complaint is that hotels hot tubs and pool were over run with too many little kids. "
