Hotel Deva - Does The Job
"Lonely Planet recommend Hotel Deva and I can say it was fine. The toilet paper is a bit industrial and the water can need running for a couple of minutes to heat up but that is Romania! Ten minutes from the station and easy to find. Large room. Comfortable bed. TV worked. Air conditioning worked. ..."
