The Crane is a perfect vacation spot. We got married at The Crane, on a cliff overlooking the blue water and the Crane tropical gardens and infinity pools!

The Crane is a tropical oasis, its quiet and well kept. The staff is friendly and professional. The views of the blue water are breathtaking. The beach is uniquely beautiful and accessible.
The only thing I did not like is how the handled the blackout we had they would not even give us batteries for the flashlight that was in the room you couldn’t talk to anyone or move us to another hotel they were not accommodating about the whole situation and the manager was no where to be found but thank god the lights came back on 2 hours later

Housekeeping was fantastic! The waitstaff were wonderful! We ate at all locations, all very nice, especially the 1887 and the Grove….The concierge desk was a bit unfriendly. I only went there twice, but maybe a welcoming smile would be nice. The check in was great! Great property overall!

The resort itself is quite large so that's not for everyone. The rooms are beautiful and seem to all have gorgeous views, even our "garden view" room showed ample ocean through the trees. The room we got - which might have been upgraded? - had two bathrooms AND a washer/dryer. Very nice! The water is wild on this side so taking some walking/driving trips to calmer seas is a good idea.

The Crane is approximately 20 minutes from airport. But, not convenient to Bridgetown or Oristens. The registration desk employees were accommodating but the concierge’s weren’t as accommodating as I would have appreciated. I would I liked more assistance in planning a week of activities. The suite was LARGE, but not super clean. The resort workers were very friendly and pleasant. I prefer a resort closer to area of town. Also if I were a single woman, I wouldn’t like walking the resort grounds after dark. The center of resort is ok after dark but walking the distance to your building is isolated. The L’Azure Restaurant is beautiful & food was very good. The waves on that side of island are extremely rough on the beach. There are cute little monkeys walking the sidewalks in the early morning.

Meh. Service wasn’t great. It’s ok, but not worth the money at all. Expensive dining. Ran out of towels. In room and beach towels. Line up for over an hour to get a cappuccino. Empty dessert displays. Waited 45 minutes to get a menu in one of the restaurants- finally just got it my own. I totally get “bajan time” but this is the extreme for a hefty price paid. Zero Expedia benefits. Rooms were clean… just no towels. Some days you don’t get a room clean unless you call 8 times. lol!
Laid back. Beautiful beach. No removal of seaweed. Nice ocean breezes.

Property is very beautiful, especially the beach. The first room I had only had one small mirror in the bathroom. The second room better but right outside the room all day and night was a maintaince pipe or something making noise and long time to get warm or hot shower going.

Beautiful property which needs improvements with basic amenities. Towels were lacking / minimal. One evening we got irritated as we werent able to shower in time for a 6pm dinner engagement. Towels were not left in the room. One fork and a cup was supplied in the kitchenette which is insufficient. The significant issue though which would make me not return to this property is the fact that instead of front desk telling me that i had resort credit, the rep told me that breakfast was included in my package which is two totally. different things. I racked up underutilized charges based on someone's inability to communicate efficiently. When this mistake was brought to the attention of the front desk and their guest relations, I was told they would look into it and get back to me. They never did... i really felt duped. Im returning with friends for Jazz festival and i know where i wont be staying!
Excellent stay! Staff was friendly, welcoming and offered exceptional service and recommendations for things to do. Suites were clean. Property was well maintained and beautiful. Dining options on the property were versatile and delicious.

Property was quiet and perfect for a getaway However beach on this side of the island was very rough in March and not able to swim. Also it is far from local restaurants so really need a car to move around.

The Crane is a beautiful property. It is unfortunate the beach is not swimmable. Service was extremely slow at all of the restaurant at the beach, and near the pools. For the price I expected service to be better. Overall a good stay, would return. I would highly recommend a rental car for those wishing to explore the island.

The pools were in bad shape. I feel that more effort should be made to improve pool conditions given the uncontrollable aspects of the beach (rough waves and excessive seaweed).
Service in the resort restaurants was very slow but the fantastic service from everyone we interacted with more than made up for it. But be ready to wait 1 hour or more for your meal!!

We did not get our room until 5:40pm staff very unfriendly and rude. Food is very hard to find all restaurants booked room service stated 1:45min minimum for food. Went to the bar only thing available was pizza. Practically inedible this place is at best a 2 star resort and that is being generous. Would not stay here again even if it was free

We were assigned a suite in building 5. Miles away from the restaurants etc. But my partner has a mobility issue so they gave us a room 241B much smaller than what we paid for so we are looking for a partial refund. Thank you.
During my 16 hour stay at the Crane, I waited seven and 0ne half hours for them to reluctantly give me a room. The place is a total waste of money. And this treatment was after making advance reservations and paying in full up front.
