Worst rental ever
When you are paying top dollar for a property, one would NOT expect to have to check in and then drive three blocks and pay an additional 15 euro for electricity, no instructions on how to turn on hot water, no towels, and overall one, if not the worst rental experiences I have every had anywhere in Europe, for the money they are charging all items should have been included. We are on holidays from Canada, why would we bring towels? Manager knew we were checking in, TURN ON THE HOT WATER- this place should Not be booked.

Unfortunately we/site manager who is based at the location were unaware of any issues and would of been able to help you during your stay. We do send on confirmation emails with utilities / towel information within these to ensure the guest is aware. If you have any further comments please do let us know.
