"The hotel is nice and centrally located. Disappointingly, the staff was not welcoming or accommodating. There is no business office that can help print boarding pass or other documents you’ll need like cruise documents. The night desk staff looked like he’d rather sleep. The room is comfortable. We did not get additional shampoo when empty. The service was not at par for the price we paid. "

"Lovely hotel great location! Staff very helpful.. on the noisy side (a noisy neighbour in another room) but only stated 3 nights so not too bad. Had breakfast In restaurant which was nice. Location was perfect! "

"Convenient location, comfortable bed, cleanliness and general good service. Just wish we would have known the hotel is truly mid-renovation so felt a bit like a construction zone, and some elements of the room (see photos) certainly looked in need of freshening up."

"Property is at great location with plenty of places to walk and eat nearby. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was decent but and little firm. My only complaint is for around $500 a night for a room I wouldn’t have expected a room with a portable AC unit in it with cardboard duck taped to the window for the air vent. On a positive not the AC was doing its jobs and maintaining a cool temperature. "
