Welcome to our small apartment in the conservation area Loschwitz!
You stay with us very quiet in a dead end and most woken by birdsong.
Nevertheless, after 5 minutes walk you reach the tram line 11 (direct connection to the city, Neustadt and both stations) or in 10 minutes to Körnerplatz the famous "Blue Wonder".
A small bedroom, a living / dining room with another sleeping possibility (on the sofa) and mini kitchen and a shower room, all well equipped, are waiting for you. A cot can be provided if required.

La casa esta situada en un lugar trantranquiLa propietaria muy amable y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo. El unico inconveniente es que no habia wifi.

Alles Tipi Tipi .Wunderbare Lage,ruhig in einer Sackgasse.Unglaublich schöne Gegend mit tollen Häusern.Alles sehr schön anzusehen ,tolle Natur ,mit der Elbe ,der Aussicht und den Gastgebern im Einklang.Einfach schön.Es war wirklich alles vorhanden und an alles gedacht.Jederzeit wieder!!!!

Perfekt für Dresden und Umgebung
Das kleine Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich, es liegt wunderbar ruhig in Dresden Loschwitz am Berg, man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß den Hang hinunter an der Elbe oder den Berg hinauf an der Straßenbahn. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein, es ist aber nicht weit. Dafür wohnt man herrlich ruhig im Grünen, kann mit dem Fahrrad nach Dresden fahren an der Elbe entlang und wieder zurück, und man ist auch mit der Straßenbahn sehr schnell in der Stadt. Ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Dresden, wenn man nicht mitten in der Stadt wohnen will.

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und man ist in 15min mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Neustadt. Langwierige Parkplatzsuche, wie häufig in der Innenstadt entfällt. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich eher für Aufenthalte im Sommer ausgelegt, ist im Winter aber auch ok.

ruhig und gemütlich
Die Unterkunft liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist schön ruhig. Das Blaue Wunder ist über Fußwege sehr gut in ca. 10 min erreichbar. Frühstücken auf der kleinen Terrasse ist ein toller Start in den Tag. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben einige tolle Tipps erhalten.
