"My family had a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean and spacious, breakfast was lovely. Staff extremely friendly. Only thing I would say is the showers in female changing rooms in the swimming pool should have shower gel in the containers in the cubicles "

"This was a great stay and the hotel staff checked us in early. The staff was extremely friendly! We booked the king bed and the room was impressively large with all the comforts you’d expect. One thing to note is that hotels.com tried overcharging for breakfast so if you are looking to book at the Strand just get the breakfast voucher at the hotel so you save some money. As for the breakfast, the spread was amazing and the food was delicious. Overall this was a great stay with a great location. "

"Yes, of all the hotels I have stayed in recently the George Hotel Limerick definitely is up there with the best. All the small details like the chocolates waiting on us upon arrival to basic things like sewing kits etc etc... Got the nod of approval from my wife which is always good. We stayed in a triple room a double and a single for my daughter. The only thing i woukd say would be the double was a tad small for us as we are used to having king size beds but was fine. "

Lovely setting, Friendly host, nice little bar for a night cap, lovely room - we got a free upgrade and had a four poster bed- and a really comfortable bed. Everything was spotless - I’d highly recommend staying her"

Were able to get a second night in the same room we booked for the first night ( it was a last minute decision to stay a second night) and the team shuffled things around so we didn’t have to change rooms. Really liked this place. Old world charm"
