"The first room we were given had no balcony which was resolved swiftly the following day with a change of room. This was great as we found our rooms were both adjoining rooms and we had a noisy night in the first room. Staff were very helpful, they moved our cases and provided me with details to assist in booking in the future to ensure we could reserve a room with a balcony. We have stayed in the Walk Hilton and the Jumeriah Hilton (other side of the road and closer to the beach). The views on the Walk (sea view) were just as amazing and as the facilities are shared it is just as good."
