Hotel waited until last minute to let us know they didn’t have a room for us. We were already hours from home and all hotels in the area were booked. Hotels.com and this hotel were awful and didn’t help at all. My child and I were facing nowhere to stay in 30 degree weather. Fortunately I was able to pay almost double and drive an hour away to a different hotel. What a joke. Had it have been me that canceled, they would’ve kept my money, but when they do us seriously wrong, we’re also out extra money. Disgraceful.
