The customer service was great. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The first room has a torn up bathroom door. Staff member assigned us to another room. Rooms are not in the best condition but there's a sign posted about remodeling. The rooms served the purpose for the few hours that were needed

Never again.
Hotel waited until last minute to let us know they didn’t have a room for us. We were already hours from home and all hotels in the area were booked. Hotels.com and this hotel were awful and didn’t help at all. My child and I were facing nowhere to stay in 30 degree weather. Fortunately I was able to pay almost double and drive an hour away to a different hotel. What a joke. Had it have been me that canceled, they would’ve kept my money, but when they do us seriously wrong, we’re also out extra money. Disgraceful.

Inexpensive place to stay, I feel safe. It has rood doors to the outside which is good for someone who has difficulty handling luggage down hallways, you can back right up to your room door. Shower was great! Good hot water. The fridge was un-level and whenever you opened the door it tilted to the front and water ran out across the floor. Otherwise a good value and close to a lot of places to eat.

There were roaches and ants in our room. The air conditioning was not working properly and the room smelled of mildew. The bathroom door was filthy and I had to clean it before I used the bathroom. The mattress on the was uncomfortable; when you sat on the edge of the bed it sank and you could feel the metal frame. The breakfast was inadequate with limited choices: no yogurt, no hot items, no fruit, only packaged muffins and other unhealthy selections.

I’m surprised the Baymont franchise would even allow there name to be associated with there products. There wasn’t anything good about this place.

You get what you pay for. It was everything I expected. The property was very quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. I intend to stay there again in the future. There is Bob tail parking. Convenient location. I didn't swim in the pool but I saw that it was cleaned by a service.
