Nice and spacious apartment, however, wish it was more clear before booking that you check in across the river and not at the apartment location. Not a bad 15 minutes walk but would have been nice if that was more clear on the site.

Excellent location
Awesome location across street from trinity college. Very short walk to Grafton street shopping and temple bar area. Two bedrooms plus two cots available in living room. Spacious. Only downside is several stairs to climb to reach room and 10 min walk from key pick up location, but only had to go there once.

Lovely Apartment on Grafton Street!Location for eating ,shopping,sights,couldn’t be better! Our only complaint is that the electricity didn’t work in one bedroom for 2 days. We reported this but it was not repaired.If this had not happened,I would have rated this apartment as perfect!

The bathrooms were awkward. It was difficult to get a glass under the faucet and to shave. We stayed at this property for the location and it did not disappoint.

This is an apartment, not a hotel - great location
This is a large, comfortable apartment in an excellent location - right across Trinity College. Unfortunately for us, there was a water issue while we were there (due to the tram's construction) and we had to move to a different apartment. The staff from Dublin City Apartments was very helpful.

Very spacious apartment in a perfect location
This apartment is located directly across from Trinity College on Grafton Street. It is close to all major attractions in Dublin. The apartment is very large with high ceilings and a hall extending from the front room to the rear bedrooms. There is a set of stairs in the hall, so bear this in mind if you have any mobility issues. The apartment has its own private elevator, so there is no need to walk up to your flat! I wish I had known this before dragging my luggage up the stairs to the apartment... The two bedrooms at the back of the apartment are very quiet, but I think that the sleeping area in the front would be quite noisy at night, as Grafton Street is busy & noisy every night of the week. I know this because I get up at 4 am daily, and I sat in the front room near the window doing computer work (wifi is good) and the street noise was apparent. There is no parking directly associated with the apartment, but the ParkRite Lot on Fleet Street is only a 5-minute walk away. If you speak with the parking lot manager, there is a very good weekly rate that can be obtained (€70). The beds were very comfortable for average-sized people, but they could be too small for tall/large people. The kitchen appliances all worked well, as did the washing machine/dryer combo. The dryer doesn't dry too well, as it is one of the evaporative types, but drying racks are provided for final drying. Overall, we had a great time in this apartment and would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Great family option in central Dublin
We stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment itself was great - and really nice to have laundry and a kitchen (especially with a family). The location was incredible - right across from Trinity College and in the heart of everything. It's in a busy area but the bedrooms are at the back - the only noise we heard was the loud group above us (unfortunately at 2am each night). We booked the airport pickup service which seemed a bit pricey but was totally worth it - especially after a 15 hours of travel to Dublin. We arrived after 8pm, so the office was closed, and we would have had to travel to a bed and breakfast to get keys - the driver handled it all for us.
