"The suite was clean, communication to verify the reservation was great to start; however, once you're in the suite, you cannot get a hold of anyone to assist with any issues. We stayed here for 3 nights while we're in Durham to tour Duke University. The pros: location was convenient, the suite was spacious for the three of us, it was clean, and instructions to the property and access to the suite from the property management was clear and precise.
