Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Good: the shower had very good water pressure and looked clean. Breakfast was just about avg, but not terrible.
Bad: The mini fridge seal was falling off the bottom of the door, so it wasn't cold and had been dripping, therefore wet at the base. Thankfully, we were able to hold the seal in place, close the door and prop something against it for the evening to refreeze our ice packs and chill our food.
The floor was sticky, it had not been swept or vacuumed. There were food crumbs, things you'd typically find on a floor that hasn't been cleaned in weeks, and what looked like a big mouse turd. There was also a shaver cover on the sink.
The only table was a small computer desk with a lamp. You'd be lucky if 3 people could eat at it. But I guess you would be able to see that in pics before booking.
The area around it was run down. We were looking over our shoulder while we walked to get dinner. There were a bunch of unsavory looking folk loitering around too. The gas station was protected by chain link fencing or something.... Attached to the walls, windows, and doors. I don't think you could see into the building. In fact, I don't recall seeing windows. I half expected the credit card reader to have a skimmer. It was in the same shopping strip as the dinner options and loiterers.
Thankfully, no incidents.
Overall, not a place I would book again, sadly.
