"My boyfriend and I did stayed at The Pfister for one night for a staycation from Chicago to catch a baseball game. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! We arrived pretty early (around 11am) and for a small fee, were able to check into our room early which was lovely. "Was first greeted by kind desk staff. Check in was easy. Parking was easy.. used the Public Market parking lot. Got a corner room and it was extra spacious. LOVED THE GIGANTIC window seat. "Greg and check in was phenomenal! After a long day of delayed flights and my luggage being missing, they were exceptional on check in. The room is gorgeous and clean! My service at the hotel restuarant was great as well, Shaun was an excellent server and the steak was delicious! I didn't have my luggage, but they sent me up a robe and slippers. Seriously 10 out of 10!"

Recommend for a quick trip visit!
"My boyfriend and I did stayed at The Pfister for one night for a staycation from Chicago to catch a baseball game. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! We arrived pretty early (around 11am) and for a small fee, were able to check into our room early which was lovely. We were given a glass of champagne by the front desk service and everything from check-in to valet was very easy. Our room was great and perfect for the two of us for one night. The hotel is so pretty and you feel almost transported back in time (I am into all things spooky and haunted and while we did not experience anything paranormal on our stay-I love that it is a part of the hotel's history). We ordered room service late night when we got back to the room and while my expectations for room service are always low, I was actually pretty impressed. Check out was easy and quick and I would 100% stay at The Pfister again!"
