Upon arrival John met us and showed us the rooms and gave us some information about the local area. Rooms were spot on, amazing location and a quality price. "The hotel has been closed for repairs for several weeks. I had travelled for five hours on a tight timeline for an evening reception and was left stranded. I called Expedia and they first argued the booking was cancelled - not so. They also said there was no other accommodation in Skegness that they could book for me. I found a cheaper, similar standard hotel. Now I need anckno they made a gross error, an apology, reimbursement and compensation. "
