Wonderful family getaway
Had a fantastic time with our 4 adult (20s) children traveling from Madrid, States and UK. The home is clean, modern, and well appointed with everything you need (including hair straighteners!!!). Great location to wander to Gilbraltar and Ronda for the day and return for sunset cocktails and dinner overlooking the sea! Estepona is a quick drive to restaurants and markets. Hope to return one day.

Fabulous Villa!
This is a gorgeous home with a million dollar view of the Mediterranean and the rock of Gibraltar. Open, modern, fully equipped and airy throughout with a sitting area/deck that welcomes the fresh air and the sunshine- not to mention amazing sunsets. Close to all amenities and activities in Estepona. It’s a wow! We will be back and recommend this beautiful home to groups who want a relaxing vacation in a perfect setting!

Outstanding
The property is outstanding in all respects. Well equipped and well maintained. The views from the living room, dining room, and especially the terrace are as good as one could ever hope for. The sea is always changing and the views of Gibraltar and the coast line were wonderful. Much of the time we could even see Africa. Even in February we spent a great deal of time on the terrace and used the outdoor dining table many times. The pool was well heated and comfortable for everyone. Amanda and Ines were responsive to all our requests. We didn’t have a car and that was fine. When we needed transportation taxis and Uber came quickly. But we were so relaxed and content at the house that we felt little need to leave. We did take one day trip to Gibraltar and enjoyed it thoroughly. Our ages ranged from 11 to 79 and everyone agreed it was as good as any place we’ve ever stayed. This property has our highest recommendation.

After the “wow” factor
Location is unbeatable. However, for high end property pricing not enough attention to detail e.g. too many light bulbs out inside and out, outside garden lighting not working (safety issue), oven not cleaned sufficiently, no English language instructions for induction hob, chipped cups and glasses, Decorative hurricane lamps with burnt down unsightly candles, broken bathroom blind and strong smell of stagnant water in one of the bathrooms. We had to ask for furniture to be vacuumed as we found food debris between the cushions.

As you know we did rectify the gardening lighting problem by installing solar lights right away. The other smaller issues you have raised in your review we will certainly be addressing with the housekeeping team and we agree you shouldn't have had the bother of them during your holiday. We would also hope you would perhaps stay with us again so we can make up for these with you.

Fantastic property!
A gorgeous home with stunning views! The property had everything we needed and more. We were welcomed with a basket filled with various foods and wine and a meet/greet with the local contact, Ines who along with hosts Amanda/Andrew were helpful and very responsive throughout our stay. Super comfortable furnishings, lots of outdoor and indoor spaces to meet everyone’s needs, shelves filled with games and books and a well stocked kitchen. We used it as a base for traveling to nearby cities, but built in one day to relax and enjoy the house…we all agreed that next time we’ll spend more time at the house. Highly recommend!!!

Slice of Paradise
Four couples traveled from the United States and loved our time in Estepona and especially at this Villa! The welcome goodies were exactly what we needed after 20+ hours of travel! Both the host and local contact were wonderful - responsive, easy to communicate with etc. The beds were comfortable. The views amazing. The outdoor space - perfect! We had a private chef dinner one night and the meal and the space were incredible!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Villa
The villa was exceptional and exceeded our every expectation. It has expansive sea views from every room, and the living areas and bedrooms are very comfortable. Our group spent many enjoyable hours relaxing and dining on the large balcony overlooking the sea. The pool was an added bonus, and we enjoyed daily walks along the adjacent sea wall and beaches. The location is perfect for exploring Andalusia, and we visited Estepona several times and made day trips to Gibraltar, Cadiz, Ronda, Marbella, and Malaga. My wife and I have traveled extensively, and this will certainly be remembered as one of our best trips.

Stunning Contemporary Villa!
We have stayed in a range of villas in Estepona over the past 26 years and this is by far the most beautiful and upmarket villa. Both indoor and outdoor space is perfect for a family or couple of families; great for lounging in your own space with the various levels inside and patio areas outside. It has all the important aspects we always look for: luxury very large memory foam beds, well equipped and user friendly kitchen, premium furnishings inside and out and amazing views. There's a very quiet long pebbly beach which was lovely to wander along with a small rocky headland just by the house, great for kids to paddle in the rocks or sit on and catch the rays. One of our best holidays here!

Little piece of Paradise
Having visited the Sotogrande, Manilva and Estepona areas over a number of years this is the best villa we have had the privilege to stay in for a fantastic fortnight. Literally on the very edge of the Mediterranean. Not only that but the very attentive care shown by Amanda from start to finish and the local assistance provided so well by Ines, ensured that this was a holiday to enjoy and remember. We are not going to repeat many of the reviews because we concur with all that has been said about the property itself, the lovely welcome pack and the provision of a multitude of kitchen equipment (including very sharp knives). It is all so very true. Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous small piece of Paradise

Heaven on earth!
We spent four weeks in this most incredible villa in Estepona. The location was amazing, the house wonderfully appointed with everything one could want, Amanda and Inés were lovely, attentive, and truly made us feel comfortable and at home. Truly the most incredible home to relax, rest, and take in all the incredible views of Gibraltar and the Mediterranean. We're already looking forward to returning again next summer.

Fabulous villa with superb view
Our party of 8 included 4 adults, 2 17 year and 2 14 year old children. We had a great stay in this lovely villa which accommodated all of our needs. Amanda answered our pre holiday questions quickly and made us feel welcome. The food parcel on arrival was just what we needed with Ines giving us a full tour and helpful tips regarding the property. The photos you see on the website are a true representation and all rooms are a delight to be in with most areas offering a spectacular view of the sea day and night. Not your typical rental as most items were great quality (bedding, tableware etc). Amanda came back to us on any queries within minutes during our stay. The kids loved the pool and garden area. Loads of seating space meant we could all eat together or have a quiet moment. The kitchen offered herbs, spices, condiments, cleaning materials which was appreciated, when you first arrive there is no panic to shop. We would highly recommend staying here, sleeping with the windows open, hearing the sea (and nothing else) in the background made our holiday perfect. Thanks Amanda 🤗

Hidden gem
The view and property was magical rain or shine. We got away from the hustle and bustle. The amenities of the home were as expected. We stayed for 4 weeks. We love to cook, eat healthy and having the local markets and supermarkets nearby had no shortage of anything. (From wine to produce) was a bonus!! The big kitchen had everything I needed not to mention great appliances. The rooms were spacious with its own modern bathrooms. This was one of my fears and the showers had great water pressure. No missing conveniences of home. We arrived with “starters”and bless them as our luggages were delayed. We had fruits and goodies even a bottle of wine waiting for us. Housekeeper came to clean once a week. Laundry machines worked great so no need to overpack. The walks and jogs we had by the sea was breathtaking everyday rain or shine. It’s literally at your doorstep. The town was about 5-10 min drive to the marina, and the many beautiful restaurants that still captured “Spain” which we wanted. The merchants were hospitable and eager to talk about their town. We had our rapid test at the Cenyt hospital with great ease for the flight home. Marbella is 20 min away but Estopona was surprisingly so much better. Plenty golf in the area! The wifi was another priority and you will be glad to know it was active with no issues. It was only a bit spotty in the upstairs bedroom for late night email catch-ups. The time of year we went had a lot of rain but did not stop us from doing anything. It was chilly and the natural fireplace in the house added warmth and more ambiance. It’s a big house with high ceilings. What was the negative? Only that we had to leave. Amanda and Ines together gave us an experience to remember, looking after us. A huge concern was obviously safety with all that is going on today. Knowing Amanda and Ines were always available provided great comfort being halfway across the world. We will miss Ines checking in on us -:) It was a blessed vacation.. Our sincerest gratitude to Amanda and Ines!!

Stunning!
What an amazing place to stay. The views from inside and outside the property were stunning. Lots of different outside spaces to relax and enjoy the setting. The layout and decor of the property was perfect. Amanda and Ines were really responsive whenever we had questions. Great walks along the beaches and into Estepona or Casares if you’re like us and can’t sit still some days! One of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a week and were blown away! The views are incredible with a step down to a boardwalk for a great morning runs. And easy 10 or so minute drive into town with lots of taxis. Most of the time when you show up the house doesn’t represent what you saw online, but this time it was actually better! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

The perfect spot in the Costa del Sol
This stay was lovely from beginning to end....we drove down from Madrid and were so happy to see welcoming Ines, as she showed us around at arrival. The welcome basket was such a nice touch! The villa is stunning- sea views to Morocco at night and glimpses of Gibraltar by day. So many private spots and community gathering spaces, we had so much fun catching up with our friends who flew in from around the globe. It's a great launching point to see Grenada (the Alhambra), Ronda, Old-town Estepona, Gibraltar.... so many options. Though it is hard to leave the house because it's so lovely to be there. We made a few great meals in the fully equipped kitchen and had one day of just staying put where we swam out to the ocean bouys and sat watching the waves. Don't pass this up- we appreciated that the very responsive owners decided to share their home with others.

We absolutely loved our stay. The villa was immaculate on arrival and the cleaning/gardening staff were punctual and provided excellent service. The property is exactly as described and was perfect for us and our friends & family. Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and there is a great choice of comfortable spaces both indoors and out to be together or apart. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and provided us with all of the necessary information to find our way easily to the villa and was very attentive to our queries. The check-in staff was there to meet us on arrival, gave us a complete tour of the property and was always available to provide immediate assistance and to address any questions or concerns during our stay. The villa is well located with easy and quick access to local supermarkets, restaurants and shops. It also made for a great base to explore the area - apart from a few visits into Estepona, we visited Marbella, Ronda, Malaga, Nerja, Frigliana, Mijas, Casares, Gibralter and Alcalá de los Gazules during our stay. Having stayed at over 30 holiday rentals in Europe and North American (mostly in Europe) over the past 10 years, we can honestly say that this property is firmly ranked as number one in our experience for location, beauty, cleanliness, ease of transactions and communications, management and amenities, it is top notch in all of these respects and more. This villa is hands down the best designed and best equipped property we've ever rented. We strongly recommend this property and are grateful to the owner for allowing us to share her beautiful villa. It is truly a marvelous place and we will miss our mornings and evenings spent listening contentedly to the sound of the waves lapping against the shoreline and gazing out to sea. My only concern is that our future rentals will pale by comparison.

Fantastic villa - very spacious & comfortable, with lovely touches to give a warm & friendly feel.
Property was superb - very comfortable & great layout which allowed for a group of 8 to enjoy themselves but also not feel on top of each other. Also very convenient for swimming in the sea nearby. Brilliant stay and the whole group enjoyed our time in Estepona! Only comment would be that a car is necessary as no shops or good restaurants within walking distance!

Fantastic Villa with Amazing Views
This villa lives up to the expectation, the pictures sell an amazing story which we were pleased to see was the truth! the views are stunning, the pool is great for families, the décor and furnishing are of a very high standard throughout. We have young children and it served our two families perfectly for the week we stayed. Very close supermarkets and excellently located for day trips to Ronda, Cadiz, Estepona etc. Overall you cannot be disappointed with this Villa!

It's just as the other reviews say. The photos make the villa look great but in real life it's fantastic. It's so modern and well laid out with lots of space for everyone. It was a nice touch and very kind gesture of the well-stocked welcome pack which helped us relax into the villa on our first day. We loved sitting out on the veranda with the waves lapping against the rocks below with stunning views of Gibraltar and Africa. There was a great promenade for morning walks and sandy beach nearby. We found lots of great beachfront Restaurants and things to do nearby. It was great having two supermarkets on our doorstep.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location
We had a lovely week staying in this Villa, nothing was too much trouble from the owner. We had an easy checkin, and the Villa contained everything you could want or need. The location was perfect for us, quiet and relaxing but not too far from the town. During our stay Amanda organised a private chef to come to the Villa to cook a superb meal. In the welcome book was a good list of local restaurants and places to visit. We are all hoping to visit again next year.

We had a great holiday in this house. It exceeded our expectations with the implemented style throughout the entiry house and property. Perfect for family holiday
We were a family group of three generations and the villa’s spaciousness, bathrooms with every bedroom, excellent kitchen and many living and relaxing spaces accommodated us perfectly. It is both comfortable and stylish and well deserves the superlatives other reviews have given it. The view was spectacular - a thrill to be able to see Gibraltar and even the hills of Morocco across the sea on most days. We were particularly grateful for the welcome basket that had thoughtfully been put together, especially as we arrived late on Saturday night and the supermarkets aren’t open on Sundays. Amanda was super to deal with, answering questions promptly and giving full and useful advice and suggestions.

Beautiful villa!
Beautiful villa. We were a 3 generation family of 8 and the villa is laid out so well it was never crowded. Villa has all amenities that you could ever need and the welcome kit is much appreciated. You could always find sun or shade on one of the many decks. We used the outdoor table for all our meals and that deck in the mornings and evenings. Afternoons were spent on the pool deck enjoying the sun and pool. Villa is private and beautifully landscaped. Great location for day trips to Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella and Estepona. Lots of sea glass on the beach and we always came back from the beach walks with full pockets. Both Ines and Amanda are quick to respond to any questions and concerns and ensure the guests enjoy their vacation. Recommend the villa and hope to go back again for another vacation.

This house is absolutely gorgeous and the views are INSANE! My family had a spectacular time here and honestly the house is so much better in person (which is hard to believe since the photos are so wonderful). We loved how we each had our own bedroom/bathroom...made it very comfortable. We had a private chef come to the house two nights and we cooked in ourselves a few times because we couldn't bring ourselves to leave the house at night. The table outside is the probably the best dining spot in all of Spain! Amazing - we hope to come back :)

Superb villa with stunning views
We arrived at night time and it was only the next morning did we begin to really appreciate what we had rented for a week. The sea views are to die for. The villa is so comfortable and so well equipped we lacked nothing. Three of the bedrooms looked over the sea and the covered veranda area next to the lounge is a place I could happily stay for a long time. I got the impression the owners had kitted out this villa as if it was their home and it showed in so many ways. Would I go back - absolutely yes!

Stunning, luxurious beachfront villa
Didn't know what to expect as photos sometimes don't tell you everything. But we were blown away by the place when we arrived! Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The views from everywhere were stunning. The small promenade separating the villa from the sea was quiet. The bedrooms were all on different floors so everyone had their privacy when needed. The weather was mostly perfect so we sat outside on the upper terrace in the sun as much as possible, breakfasted there every morning and in the evening retired to the living room and its cosy fireplace. The kitchen was large and we cooked a lot. The weather was perfect for BBQs. The bathrooms are spacious and comfortable and the beds are made for sleeping in late, though the sun streaming in makes one want to be outside! We had a few requests which were responded to promptly by the owner, Amanda. Supermarkets for provisions were 5 minutes away. There were 4 couples including ourselves and we never got in each other's way (unless we wanted to) due to the layout of the villa and the efficient use of space. Everybody carved out their own niche during the day. There was usually a daily 'fight' for the large divan in front of the main picture window in the living room. This was due to its sunny location and the splendid views of the sea - an ever changing montage of wave after wave sweeping in to the beaches below. All said, our stay at Amanda's house was the foundation for a marvellous holiday and family reunion. Highly recommended and we may be back someday.

All that one could expect. The highest quality and a dream setting.
The house is beautiful and no expense has been spared in creating a home fit for a film stat. The bedrooms all have ensuites with bags of room. The fittings arevofvthe highest quality. Two lounges it’s log burners and a kitchen out of a tv cookers programme. And the view through the many floor to ceiling windows and bifold doors is sublime with Gibralter and Africa in the distance. Amanda was delightful to deal with and always at the end of a text if needed. We will be back!

We had the absolute pleasure at staying at the Beach House for a week and it truly is the most magnificent villa. The views are wonderful and the quality and style of the villa is totally spectacular. There is a "Zen like" quality to this retreat and it certainly relaxed and rejuvenated us! A car is certainly an advantage to be able to get to the local supermarket and restaurants, but with Estepona and Duquesa so close it really is only a five or ten minute drive to the ports. The pictures on the website are great, but when you walk in the door you really do get the WOW factor!!

Our overall experience with this beachfront villa is very good. It has many pluses, location, view, and quiet. We were a party of 8 (5 adults and 3 children) and we had plenty of room to spread out. The view from the upstairs bedroom was spectacular and we enjoyed listening to the waves lapping the shore each night. We were in close proximity to many restaurants and the large grocery stores. The interior design of the villa is very inviting, but yet we didn't feel it was too fragile with 3 children. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of different kinds of dishes and pans. The things that do need attention at this villa have been sent to the owner and I trust that she will take care of them to make the villa even better. One of the things that struck us is that even though the villas are close to each other, it was always quiet and tranquil. Very well situated. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful beachfront!
First of all, the pictures don't make justice to the quality of this beautiful house. All four suites are so comfortable and have so much space and privacy. The ocean view from the balcony and the pool area is incredible. We were extremely pleased with everything in this house including the beautiful landscaping. Special recognition to Ines and everyone else that supported us during our stay in Estepona.

Wonderful attention to detail; outstanding position and view; surpassed expectations.
Owners incredibly accommodating as we lost our Monarch flights in October and decided we were unable to go. They rescheduled our booking to Easter and went out of their way to accommodate this -at a cost to them. Beautiful villa, with outstanding views of the sea and it was evident that the owners loved this place and wanted us to feel the same. There were eight of us - three generations - and not one of us could find fault with the surroundings, position or villa. We will be returning for more of the same and hopefully sooner rather than later. I would recommend without any hesitation. Karen and Jerry.

Impressive and relaxing
We stayed at the villa in November 2017. It was awesome. A magnificent view to the Mediterranean, as if it is at your fingertips. Modern, stylish living room which is impressive and cozy at the same time. Four large bedrooms and comfortable bathrooms. Nice terraces. We ‘ve had a stay we will never forget. And we will return.

The house was beyond our expectations, fantastic for 6 adults with 2 small children. A small minus is that you are depending on car, whatever you want to do. We missed a nice walk to a cafe etc, and the highway is "a wall"

Thank you for taking the time to file a review Jan - we are pleased you enjoyed your stay. We agree its definitely best to have a car at the house to make the most of the area etc - but there are in fact a cafe/restaurant (Le Castel) and a beach bar and a hotel with restaurants within walking distance along the beach in either direction. The highway should be crossed with the bridges or at the roundabouts nearby but we understand it would be nice if you could just pop across to all the stuff on the other side :)

Wonderful views, wonderful house
We have rented many houses through VRBO and this has been of one our best stays. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Everyone had their own space, both inside and outside the house. As previous reviewers have said, the views are simply spectacular. We had a very relaxing week and we hope to return one day. Thanks Amanda and Ines for a memorable vacation.

Idyllic accommodation
Amanda has an amazing property on offer here. It seems that no matter where you stand in this villa you are subject to an astonishing view. From the outdoor dining area it feels as if you can reach out and touch the Rock of Gibraltar. And that is on offer every day. The villa is quite modern and equipped with everything you need. Be prepared for quite a dilemma in choosing which bedroom you want !!! The location is excellent with some great beachfront walking at you disposal. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay there
