When we arrived at the hotel there were toilet plungers tossed behind the edge of the building. They weren't moved the entire stay. The rooms furniture had dirt on it, the lights had cobwebs. The coffee maker only had decaf and the front desk didn't have any regular coffee for the machine. When we looked in the coffee maker it was very dirty. So we ended up getting starbucks. The advertised fireplace in the room wasn't gas or woodburning. It was 3 small pans in the wall that were supposed to be filled with Ethanol Fireplace Fuel, but were empty. Even when the front desk came to fill them, they really aren't a "fireplace". They are little strays with small flames that burn out quickly. We were very disappointed and will not be staying at this facility again.

Was it fancy? No but it was clean, very well equipped and comfortable. A plus was the view out my window, didn't close the drapes until dark. And they accepted my fur friend.

We were only at coyote Lodge for one night, and it served our purposes. The room was clean and we were able to check in early. Breakfast is free and there are typical choices: cereal, muffins, yogurt, etc. The shower was hot with decent pressure. The beds were ok: not super comfortable, but not awful either. I would stay there again.

This hotel seemed like it had been renovated recently, and was nice and clean. It was a good dog-friendly stay, with a short walk down to Estes Lake. There were a few maintenance items that needed some attention, but none were a big deal. Our toilet seemed to run a lot until we figured out how to put the handle to stop it. There was a pretty big gap in the door jamb that let in light. Never saw any bugs, but some could get through that gap. The walls are pretty thin but it’s fine as long as your neighbors observe the quiet hours.

This is a very comfortable motel. Parking is a little tight. I would not call it luxury...rooms are comfortable, but small. No closet, but plenty of drawers.

Great place, you can’t go wrong and everything around is in a short drive away. Just make sure to check in before 7pm, otherwise they leave the key to your room in a mailbox next to the lobby.

The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend trip to beautiful Estes. The breakfast was awful there was an open jar of peanut butter that you’re expected to share I guess, some yogurt, and cereal. Make sure you plan for breakfast elsewhere if you stay here. The hotel room is pretty good for the price and location so that’s ok.

Loved the room- had a king with a pullout couch. And it had a back deck. Nice space to relax after hiking/being a tourist. The staff were friendly. Breakfast options were light, if you are looking for a high protein or a more substantial breakfast, plan accordingly. There was coffee available.

The King suite was the perfect size for our getaway. Picking up keys after hours was a breeze and it was super easy to add our pet to the reservation. I will definitely book again!!

The room was clean, however their office closes at 7pm so if you have a late check in they put your room key in a unlocked mailbox next to the office so that anyone could take it if they wanted to. The door had a large gap and didn’t feel the most secure locking method. They said they had hot continental breakfast, however this consisted of toast, cereal, oranges and cheezits.

Cute & cozy lodge! Located only 5 minutes away from Downtown and Lake Estes, this place is perfectly placed in a convenient spot! The rooms were clean and the staff incredibly friendly! It's not a luxury stay, so don't expect anything fancy! This place offers the most basic necessities at an affordable price and sometimes that's all one really need! My family and I loved it! Would definitely recommend!
