Decent sized, modern rooms. Breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs were great! The complimentary filtered water and ice were great. The common areas/breakfast area could use A/C. Super hot and uncomfortable in those areas. Other than that, nice stay. Very close to shopping, old town, Main River etc.

The hotel is great! It was a wonderful place to stay! It is centrally located and EVERYONE there was helpful and very nice! I can’t wait to stay here again!

Desirable location equipped with modern amenities! Main tourists attractions are walking distance: Romerberg, Opera House, even newer skyscrapers are within the vicinity. Free coffee and water dispenser 24/7. A big plus is free breakfast. This place is just a logical thing to book.

Terrible. No parking. No entry to hotel. Has to enter thru another hotel. Who has ever heard of that? No prior notification. I have a child and was walking around with luggage trying to figure out the entrance. Then the extremely rude reception woman was so nasty! I couldn't believe it. I wanted to walk out but we were flying out in the morning. I have stayed at many Marriotts but this location, entry, parking and staff were horrible

Terrible! There is no entrance to the hotel. It's locked. You have to go thru another hotel around the block to check in. There is no parking although they claim there is parking! NONE! Only a garage that has no spaces available and doors locked! Then when we try to speak to the check in staff. She was disgustingly rude and unhelpful. I have stayed in many Marriott's including in this trip and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Marriott. Unless you come by taxi. Don't book. walking around aimlessly trying to figure out that you have to check in at another hotel down the street with tons of luggage. Completely unacceptable

The hotel's location is great, but our experience was marred by significant issues. The parking situation was frustrating; we waited half an hour due to gate unavailability. The room had an awful frying smell all night, making it difficult to sleep. While the breakfast was good, it was overly crowded. I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

The person taking care of the breakfast area in the morning was very attentive and hard working. Didn't have any interactions with her but she kept everything stocked, clean and attended to other guests' needs. Inconvenience was with the front desk closing after certain hours at night and having to go to Moxy Hotel for help - especially with needing extra towels and wash clothes. The room service person cleaned the rooms but didn't leave enough towels and the last three days, didn't leave any wash clothes.

What I loved: - The room and the amenities - The area around the property with shopping, dining, transportation, day markets, bars, etc. - Very safe and secure to navigate at all times What I did not like: - Reception staff has made a promise to themselves to never smile at guests. - Customer satisfaction is less important than internal processes and measures which take precedence over guests.

Bathroom resembled one from a hospital. Hated the shower curtains. The room was dusty and the staff were not the friendliest in terms of Marriott standards. But the bed was great.

Very disappointing stay. The only elevator to the parking was broken for 3 days and was not fixed. Breakfast was basic at best, Free Wi-Fi was slow and almost unusable as they were trying to push for a paid option. Room was basic and no more. The hotel stated there would be air conditioning during our 3 day stay and once we arrived they continued to say "someone will come by to fix the ac" in our room only for us to find out that during December they shut off the option of air conditioning and only have heater as an option. It was uncomfortably hot in the room. We woke up drenched in sweat every morning and it made getting ready in the room difficult when it is a sauna. The windows don't open fully so that didn't help. We specifically chose this hotel for WORKING COLD air conditioning when we filtered our search. We ended our Europe trip in Frankfurt as well but we canceled those days because of what happened. They are deceitful. Also, the views outside the window are deceiving. They waited to tell us the truth about the air conditioning after it was too late to check out or cancel. We should be reimbursed this is basically a scam when they aren't being truthful of details.
