"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. "The apartment is situated in a good location - with excellent bus service. However the apt is on a busy road so was a bit noisy with the windows open. With 5 adults we had to be very efficient with the one bathroom. The apt could be better equipped - more mugs for example. the owner was very responsive to the requests we made during our stay. "The chalet was lovely. At the top of the hill in Jaun with a beautiful view.
