"No hand shower in the toilets, you can only use the toilet paper. You will find lots of cockroaches. The maid of the day is good, on the other hand those of the night are very bad in case you need them (they don't come unless you insist several times). "Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again.
