"Had a wonderful stay. Arrived from an early flight and was pleasantly surprised the rooms were ready. Staff was helpful with recommendations and helping with the purchase of tickets to concerts. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had outstanding choices. Would definitely stay there again"

"The room was excellent value for money. It was clean with a great shower and comfortable bed. It had nice touches like a make-up mirror and a nespresso machine. Very handy for Vienna Hauptbahnhof and it had a nice bar area too. Didn't try the breakfast as there were so many places nearby to eat."

But the great thing about this hotel that really sets it apart is the incredible level of service from all of the staff. I want to commend Istva in particular. Free coffee is available in the lobby area. I rarely give 10/10 ratings. But, in my estimation, this hotel really deserves it."
