Total sq ft may be 350 total with shower haha It’s small af. Loud ac, strange spot but overall it’s 1 block from the beach towards east side. Strand is about a mile away "

"The location was outstanding and the inside accommodations were comfortable, clean, and updated. The floors are original wood and clean. The bathroom is spacious and the kitchen had anything you might need to be able to cook during your stay and they had coffee stocked up. The decorations are delightful and beach themed.
