We had a simple room that had what you need for a few nights stay, and the location was good for the price. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of the stay. The breakfast area and presentation of the food was very good, and the omelette was quite delicious.

Simple and beautiful B&B with caring hosts. Excellent breakfast! Loved our stay here, and would highly recommend. Our only one feedback for improvement is that the shower water pressure was light. Otherwise 5/5 property!

First off, let me just say that this is the first BnB I have ever stayed in. And I don't think I could have asked for a better introduction. The owner, Michael, was the most warm and gracious host anyone could ask for. Being from America and never traveling abroad before, I didn't know what to expect from the Irish in terms of hospitality and manners and everything. And now I see they basically have a trademark on politeness. Our rooms were clean and welcoming. And SO adorable! Toiletries, towels, a decanter of water, snacks, AND a mini fridge with sparkling water awaited us upon arrival. There didnt seem to be many other guests, as the place was quiet as a mouse. The property itself had very little out of place, and that was only because of upkeep and their dedication to keeping the place top notch. Michael was hard at work outside the next morning when we awoke, and when we came down for breakfast, he immediately began serving our every need. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I overestimated my hunger by ordering the full Irish and needing my fiance to help me finish it, and even between the two of us we couldn't. Five stars across the board. And if I ever find myself in Galway again, then I shall pass through these doors again knowing full well I will be well taken care of.

The host Michael was helpful when we had car trouble. The made to order breakfast was the best we’ve had in Ireland. The room was small but clean and comfortable. It was a short cab ride to city center. I’d definitely recommend a stay. It was an exceptional value!

Overall a very good experience - bed was super comfy . Hi tec hotel but at breakfast I would like to ‘see’ a menu rather than access via a QR code (which my bank has advised not to use) . The breakfast however was really tasty .

Great property…bed linens and towels are luxurious, spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was fabulous food, very gourmet, with attentive staff and beautiful presentation. Several choices were available for varying tastes. Good location and Mike the chef and proprietor was attentive and professional. Thank you for the great stay!

Gem near Galway!
What a wonderful place! Mike welcomed me very warmly, and was very efficient at orienting me - room, dinner (and where to park), etc. The room was quite large, super clean, and very quiet - important for me. Breakfast (included) in the morning was superb - quite a large menu of options - I had an omelette and it was delicious - and while I was waiting, I got a beautiful plate of amuse-bouche, all yummy! And the yogurt was tops! Everyone in the dining room seemed to be having a wonderful time. In summary, this place is much better than what the pictures convey. And it's only a few minutes drive to the center of Galway - without the high prices of the hotels "in town" and without the noise. It's truly a gem!

Like stepping back into the 80's Dated furniture and decor. Cracked window in room. Very unwelcoming arrival Corded kettle in room had to be unplugged to pour water Bed was tiny and had itchy blankets instead of a duvet Asked if there was a bus into town and was told - yes... No other info was forthcoming or known it appears. To be fair breakfast was amazing and saved this from a far worse rating But to be honest after this I would never book another B&B again

Interior room needs walls cleaned and painted. Ceiling in breakfast room has water stains and needs repainted. It looked like exterior railing is being replaced. Some sprucing up will go a long way. I had a pleasant stay.

Absolutely fantastic b&b! Nice spacious room, very clean, and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast & coffee in the dining room was amazing. Location is slightly further from the happening spots in Galway but there’s plenty ways of transportation. I highly recommend this spot!
