Overall good hotel to stay. Rooms was spacious and clean. Bathroom was little old, fixture and layout wise. Biggest downside was the view from room window which was looking down at the lobby. We were on 9th floor but still was able to hear people talking in the lobby in the night.

I am quite happy with my stay. We came here for the convention. The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of outdoor parking. It needs a room key to go in and out of the parking lot. The area seems very safe. There are a few restaurants around, not too many. Target is across the street. Disney is about 30 mins walk. So we decided to take the ART bus to / back from Disney instead. The bus stop is right next door. My overall experience is not bad. My only complaint is, the bed in my room is way too soft.

I was able to leave my car at hotel. Valet was very nice. I left luggage with bell desk all before even checking in. A shuttle took us to Disney. Very easy’

Overall wasnt a terrible experience but the main problem was just the cleanliness like the bed sheets didn't look too clean so we brought some sheets just in case which im glad we did, so we just ended up using the ones we brought, and the other thing was the staff by the shuttle didnt really communicate well how the shuttle worked, like the guy just told us to wait for the shuttle and didnt tell us that we needed to buy a ticket for the shuttle, so we had to go all the way back to desk to get a ticket and come back to the shuttle luckily the driver was nice and waited for us

It was just okay. The facility is close to Disneyland with a convenient shuttle service Our shower had drain issues during the stay. They tried to fix it but it was still clogged with no empty rooms to move us to. There’s a charge to use a microwave, shuttle service- everything you can think of. The pool in our tower was under construction the entire time. Same cost however as rooms with working facilities The gym was nice. I’ll try a different hotel next time

My husband and 2 kids stayed here for our Disneyland trip. The lobby is exquisite. We stayed in a suite. The first night our bed was horrible. The mattress was dipped really bad. In the morning I talked to the front desk about it and they had it changed out within the hour. The bell hop employees were amazing! They grabbed all of our luggage from the car and unloaded it in our room. Same thing for check out just in reverse. We used the valet for our car parking. The tram drivers to and from the park were very helpful and funny. Our stay was amazing. My husband wants to stay there again. The only thing I didn’t like is you had to pay for parking each night on top of paying for the tram and they didn’t have a complimentary breakfast. Those things weren’t an expense I really wanted to pay but it was a lack of planning on my end when looking for a hotel. My husband says you get what you pay for and he’s not wrong. 10/10 for this hotel
