I booked a full room using Hotels.com website as the shared rooms were no longer available, and the room is advertised to have 4 beds for family setting. i paid the total amount of 132 Euros for the room and when i arrived onsite, i was given a bed in a shared room with other people that acording to the person who gave me the keys costs 29 Euros per bed. She asked me to cancel the booking online which is not refundable and to pay 29 Euros in cash. She could only speak...
