"We picked b&b as we had good experience with it in Germany, but, room was much smaller than showed on the photos limited walking space around bed on ground floor. Toilet very small I felt like shower room in caravan. Very noisy from main road, can not open the windows as you wouldn't sleep with all that noise. No lift, uncomfortable bed, and loose electricity sockets. Bathroom was held together with red tape and the plastic structure was full of holes and what looks like cigarette burns. "Went to Amiens for the weekend. The hotel was central so we were able to leave the car in the nearby car park (9 euros for 24 hours) and walk to the places we wanted to visit. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although the room was small it was fine for a short stay. The buffet breakfast was an added bonus. "

"The hotel was a short walk from the car park we used. It was a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral, a 10 minute walk to the train station. The bath towels were thin and small. One or 2 hand towels would be useful, as well as the shower towels. Don’t tuck the duvet under the mattress. As you pull the duvet out around the bed, all of the bed sheet comes untucked as well. I had to remake the bed every time we used it."

Great stay!
"A welcome change from some of the tiny and slightly dodgy motel rooms we had stayed in on our travels around France. Room was clean and spacious. Really delicious food in the restaurant and was handy to be able to eat there. Very pleasant staff. Added bonus was the pool we had to ourselves on our sunny last day in France before catching the ferry back to the UK. "
