The Spa was overbooked too busy not relaxing the pool was dirty and we had no sleep and complained at 3am and all we got was a sorry which i found appalling

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no towels in my room on arrival, these were delivered within five minutes. Restaurant service was superb, food was good and reasonable price.

Lovely stay, lovely building, very decent breakfast. Pillows poor quality and very sparse on shower gel! A 30ml bottle for both of us, no soap etc and only 3 English tea teabags per day, not even 4 so we could have 2 cups each! These are minor petty issues and we would definitely stay here again if I the area.

Our first spa experience and I thought it might be a bit posh and stiff, not at all, staff were welcoming, very professional but not in your face. Our continental breakfast had hot options too. Spa facilities were soo relaxing, cant wait to do it all again.
