"I enjoyed the hotel. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had nice variety and had a cappucino/hot chocolate and latte machine! The location was also great. The location is about a 2 minute walk from the downtown and a 5 minute walk from the Goreme bus station. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that when we enter our room, we did get blasted by the scent of humidity. The scent only lasts about 3 seconds but it was something worth noting. "We had a lovely time at Canyon View. Both Seyit and Hassan were absolutely lovely - ever ready help and oblige and give tips on what to do/ eat . Its thanks to their advice we finally managed to go for Balloon ride which had previously got cancelled due to the weather."

"Elif Star was a great small hotel for our and a friend's two night trip to see Cappadocia. The rooms were pleasant, the water was hot, the bed comfortable, and breakfast sufficient. Our hosts were welcoming. Right in Goreme but a block or two up from the busier downtown, the location was quiet and accessible. Kadir was very helpful and friendly.
