"I really, really enjoyed my stay at Pigalle. At first I thought it was a themed hotel as the style and vibe is so distinct but the more I explored the hotel the more I felt I'd stepped back into 1800s Gothenburg. The design, the interiors and the details are so rich and inviting. The rooms are comfortable with high ceilings, neat little bathrooms with amazing water pressure. "Comfy three night stay. Our room had a window view of the street, twin room. Shared Bathroom across the hall always kept clean, no issues. Quiet in the hotel at night. Very central located so can walk. There is a bar down below and we did find this noisy even if window closed. Our room was a bit hot in the arvo as sun came through so would not like that in summer and blinds do not keep it out or the light. Windows had to be open at night so yes very noisy, but I slept ok on and off. Windows...

"Good hotel with good attendance, it was really cleaned, I loved it, nothing to concern. Just 20 minutes walking to the station, and even being closest to the road and train station, it’s not noisy, it’s not possible to hear nothing."

"Really easy to find right next to the tram stop. The dorm rooms were great, the bunks built in so no wobbling, and each with a curtain across for privacy, individual reading lights and sockets. Ladder was a little uncomfortable/fiddly. The option to rent sheets/towel is good, but not obligatory. Check-in is via key-pad & lock-box but very simple and easy to use.
