Apartment was clean and tidy. Sufficient equipment for self catering. Close to local amenities. Disappointed with the buffet lunch option so didn't try dinner or breakfast

The bungalow itself was satisfactory as a place to sleep. The kitchen could have been a bit better only a 2 ring hob with a fridge and sink, no oven or microwave. Anything you wanted you had to pay for TV, WiFi, iron, microwave etc... Paid for WiFi and it didn't work.

Myself, Partner and Friends stayed in the Vista Bungalows for a long weekend. We were all extremely excited for our holiday as it had been planned for a long time. However, the excitement soon turned into utter dismay. The receptionist/front of house was unable to break into a smile and was very rude with lots of sighing and shocking facial expressions if any of our party dared to ask any questions. Be prepared for this, a mature lady who clearly should be working on her own for herself. I have never in my life seen anyone in that position as rude for no reason at all. After this experience we soon realised that this rudeness and pure nastiness continued throughout the hotel. Apart from the cleaners who were always smiling and friendly. There was also a young man working behind the bar and restaurant who again was friendly and welcoming. He needs to leave that hotel before the staff have a negative impact on him. Unfortunately, nobody has name badges so I am unable to give further support in bracing anyone for what they will go through there. There was an older man working behind the bar who only ever spoke with one word and this was ... What! You would go to the bar or approach him and he would look at you like you had just wiped his family from the face of the earth and then say... What! I would make an effort to speak in Spanish where possible out of respect, however this made no difference. This man also smashed glasses when putting them on the bar with such force. He ne

Nette Unterkunft, Fernseher, für abendliches Ausruhen, ist vorhanden. Alle zwei Tage wird gereinigt und für neue Handtücher gesorgt. Je nach Unterkunft hat man einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse zur Verfügung Die Parkplatzsituation, falls man ein Leihauto hat, ist eine Katastrophe. Allerdings hat das Hotel Abstellmöglichkeiten die man erfragen muss. Für fünf Euro, sondern ein Platz frei ist, bekommt man einen Schlüssel für einen Parkplatz. Das Geld bekommt man zurück bei Abgabe des Schlüssels. Wenn nicht All Inclusive gebucht worden ist, kann man Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen gegen einen Entgelt in Anspruch nehmen. Die Anlage können wir weiter empfehlen.

Struttura pulita, reception disponibile e cortese. Già ospite un paio d'anni fa ed hanno migliorato le camere e la piscina con lettini e prato verde. Tutto positivo

Lite 80-tal över det hela.
Lite vibbar av ”sällskapsresan” i tysk tappning. Hyfsat rent både på rummet och i allmänna utrymmen. Fräscht och nyrenoverat badrum. Betyget hade blivit högre om man lagt ner några kronor på att byta slitna sängkläder och uppgraderat lite av utrustningen i köket. Vi testade inte restaurangen men jag köpte ett par Pina Colada i baren och det vete sjutton vad för fulsprit de var blandade på. Lugnt område och buss 100 meter bort. Bra mindre affär 150 m och även ett shoppingcenter på promenadavstånd. Helt godkänd Italiensk restaurang också 150 m. TV, wi-fi, värdeskåp och i stort sett allt annat kostade extra. Personalen var lite ”off season” kändes det som. För att ha en bas att sova så är det värt pengarna.

Läget var bra! Mycket trevlig personal, med något undantag, och särskilt i restaurangen. Ägaren var väldigt ödmjuk, vänlig och inlyssnande. Värmde tom upp poolen när gästerna tyckte den var för kall att bada i. Maten medioker men man blir mätt. Väl värd pengarna, svårslaget pris. Anpassa förväntningarna efter priset så blir du nöjd.

Appartement schien frisch renoviert zu sein, Essen geschmacklich durchweg gut, Service meist freundlich. Lage relativ weit vom Strand entfernt, Parkplatzsuche nicht einfach. Bezahltes Wlan im App. funktionierte nur im Schlafzimmer und Bad.

El personal de 10. Trato muy familiar. Son un encanto. En recepcion destaca Monica . Los camareros super atentos ( Wili). Que decir del jefe de cocina y su caña.

BUENA RELACION CALIDAD/PRECIO
El recibimiento en recepción fue muy agradable y nos dieron toda la información necesaria. Los bungalows estaban recién reformados, camas cómodas, cocina completa, terraza amplia y todo muy limpio. la piscina está muy limpia y la zona reservada de hamacas, por un coste adicional de 10€ día, es una maravilla. La animación es de las más flojas que he visto en otros complejos. La animadora Maritxa, es muy agradable y animada, pero se encarga ella sola de toda la animación del día y a veces peca un poco de intentar ser ella la estrella en los karaokes. El Jefe de cocina Pacuco, es una persona muy agradable y le encanta participar también en las animaciones. La comida no es muy variada y tienen bastante fritangueo. Además de que una hora antes de acabar la hora de la comida o la cena, ya no queda del plato principal y ponen fritos. Como consejo, yo pondría a alguien que controlase el acceso de personas con comida a la zona de piscina al igual que a las que fumen en dicha zona. El socorrista no debería estar para esto ya que su misión es vigilar al personal que está en el agua. Recomiendo este complejo turístico porque, independientemente de lo dicho en este comentario, por lo que se paga tampoco se puede pedir mucho más. Dos bungalows para 4 personas con todo incluido durante 7 días en pleno mes de julio por 1060€ está más que bien.

Ubicación en la parte alta dominando toda la zona de Maspalomas, en un apartamento recientemente renovado con terraza y unas vistas estupendas. El inconveniente, los clientes locales de fin de semana que no respetan ninguna norma, pero esto ya es algo de sobra conocido en todos los complejos de la zona.

Tutto molto positivo,,,,,struttura molto accogliente, gli appartamenti confortevoli, la terrazza stupenda......unica nota negativa la mancanza di un buon caffè espresso ma solo per noi italiani. Inoltre ottimo il servizio del bus gratuito per arrivare in spiaggia a Meloneras.
