Fabulous!
Fantastic experience here. We stayed in a large bungalow (2 adults 1 child), we requested 2 bungalows next door to each other which was honoured. The bungalows were much bigger than we expected and were very clean and were cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are good facilities on site, including a pool bar, shop, games area and restaurant which are all reasonably priced. We did a pay as you go breakfast, which was good and very reasonable for children at €3.50. The pool was cleaned daily - one of the cleanest pools I have seen. There is also a little jacuzzi area which we enjoyed. The complex is about 5 mins in a taxi to the beach and lighthouse, which costs around €5. As soon as reception calls a taxi one arrives! There are lots of taxis in the town / by the beach to bring you back. Our stay here exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend.

Good hotel and location
The location of Caybeach was fine for us as we had a car. There is a free bus from the hotel to Maspalomas beach a few times per day. The apartment we had was at the back of the large site and not in a sunny position. The staf were fine and friendly, I would stay again.

I'd never stayed in the area before, but chose it because of the parking, which the CayBeach had plenty of free street parking. The bungalow was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and abided by current Spanish Covid19 regulations.

We were a bit out of the way in 165 but it was a nice property with decent beds, bedding and bathroom towels, soap and hairdryer. Nice chair&table set for the patio outside. The free bus to the beach didn’t suit our times so we didn’t get to use it. It was a 30 min walk to the dunes though so not too bad. We felt the meals were overpriced at over €9 for breakfast and €18 for dinner. We’d not spent anything like that much in restaurants. We didn’t try the pool beyond dipping our toes as it was sooo cold. I’m sure in summer it would be lovely- it was definitely a clean pool area. I’d happily stay there again.

Nice small bungalows in a quiete area only a short taxi journey away from Yumbo centre. Very clean and excellent anti Covid 19 measures in place. Big pool.

Erittäin hyvä hintalaatusuhde
Oltiin vähän paremmassa bungalowissa, huone oli siisti ja tilava. Aamupala oli ihan hyvä. Altaat oli tosi isot, isoin allas vähän viileä tammikuussa, mutta toinen allas ja lastenallas oli lämmitetty n.25,5 asteista. Kylmemmässäkin altaassa tarkenee uida jos ei viileää säikähdä. Omia uimaleluja ei saanut käyttää. Hotellilla oma parkkis, oli helppo löytää. Ehdottomasti kantsii vuokrata kentältä auto, jotta pääsee kiertelemään saarta. Hotellin lähellä kävelymatkan päässä ei kovin paljoa mitään muuta ole kuin tivoli. Tullaan varmasti uudestaan, kaikin puolin oikein hyvin pelitti kaikki hotellissa.

Ok perus hotelli
Hotellihuoneet oli hiukan vanhahtavia, mutta perussiistejä. Private pool oli hyvä huonevalinta. Respassa asiakaspalvelu oli myös ok vähän välillä puhuivat todella epäselvää/hiljaa englantia niin ei saanut selvää. Kokonaisuudessaan ok hyvä.

Mange kakkelakker på rommet
Vi opplevde å få kakkelakker i leiligheten 3 ganger, ikke bare en kakelakk men flere. Sa de skulle spraye og vaske rommet men kakkelakkene kom tilbake. Det blei en ubehagelig ferie der vi ikke fikk slappet av og kost oss som vi skal på en ferie, lite søvn blei det også kakelakkene var i tankene. Veldig ubehagelig. Synes hotellet ikke tok dette alvorlig , de hilste ikke og spurte heller ikke hvordan det gikk.

Logement correct mais vieilli, manque d'intimité, esprit camping accueil vraiment bof. On a trouve un cafard dans un pack de biere acheté dans la boutique. Clim en option, comme casiment tout hors chambre. Voiture obligatoire pour se deplacer a proximité. Ceci dit la piscine est belle et est le seul avantage de cet hotel.

We will come back again. Only a few minor points..
Very nice, friendly staff. Nice swimming pool. A pity that we couldn't make a reservation for an appartment with two bedrooms, so two of us had to sleep on the couch in the living room. And in the living room there is no airconditioning, so we had to sleep with the front door open, which made us feel a little insecure. In addition, we couldn't open the window in the bathroom, so there was not breeze flowing through the whole appartment. Apart from that we would really like to come back here.
