They didn’t clean the rooms even after we called and asked multiple times. Lots of amenities closed when they were supposed to be open according to their posted hours.

We spent two nights. It was very nice - clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient to the Grand Canyon. Unfortunately, we were so busy with our visit to the Park, that we didn’t get to partake in any of the amenities at the hotel.

They did not have a bed for our party of 5, but they quickly got us one. The pool and grounds are extremely well done. The air conditioning wasn’t working the first night, but they quickly got us a personal room air conditioner and the beds were nice and soft. The best looking and cleanest grounds with beautiful sculptures. I would recommend this place every time. Well done everyone. The cleaning staff were so helpful and kind. Extra thanks to those guys. 😃

The room was nice and updated. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get a chance to eat there but I did overhear other guest say the food was so good. We only stayed two nights on our road trip. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

This resort has a lot of amenities like beautiful outdoor & indoor pools. They played a kid movie each night at the indoor pool. There are lots of fun yard games like corn hole, ping pong, giant connect 4, etc. They have pet friendly rooms, which was great since we had to bring our small dog with us on our trip. The resort is very close to the grand canyon. The only downfalls was the air conditioner in the room didn't work the best and there wasn’t a lot of parking. However, if you can get a parking spot near your room, it was handy for loading & unloading vs a traditional hotel rooms with walking down halls & taking elevators. They have multiple buildings set up kind of like a motel where the door goes right to the outside to the parking lot.

This was my first time staying at a Signature BW hotel and resort. We were extremely pleased with everything about this property. I highly recommend it!

The entry area to the main building for this property is beautiful. Most of the rooms seem to be in building separate from the main building. Our room was nice, but parking was a bit limited. They had a machine that ground and brewed Starbuck’s coffee, which was nice, but you had to wait a while in line for a while. Having a second machine would be nice, but I’m sure they are expensive.

The checkin was an annoying. No rooms were ready until exactly 4pm. At which point there was a long line to check in. Since checkout time is 11 am . They could have started checking people in a few minutes early.
