Our beds were not made when we stayed for 2 nights. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t make the bed when requested before. We did get new towels daily though and front staff (a gentleman) was very kind and helpful!

Property was fairly clean but needs some maintenance. The tub did not drain, and I thought maybe the stopper wasn't all the way open and when I pulled on it up it came all the way out. The shower head was stuck on pulse and could not be adjusted. Minor things but should be addressed.

Clean and comfortable. Super staff at check in and check out. We requested a 12:00pm late check out due to a phone meeting, and she called back to say take until 1:00 in case your meeting runs late. Rooms are quiet so we had a good nights rest. Easily accessible off the interstate. Would definitely stay again.

We refused to stay the night and demanded a refund. During a storm, there was water coming in through the walls!!! Thank god we were in our room when it happened, as our AC unit was running. I went downstairs to inform the lobby and there was water coming in through the walls and window area in the main lobby. After waiting an hour at 9:35pm and going back and fourth with the hotel employee we were done. We were offered an upgrade, declined and asked for a refund. Which they refused to provide until we pulled the health and safety card. This recently renovated hotel is run down. It was as if they put lipstick on a pig. Book elsewhere.

We apologize for the inconvenience you had while staying at the hotel. We have never had a leakage like this happen which is the reason why you were being offered an upgrade due to the leakage. Reason for the decline for the refund was because unless the hotel is able to provide a solution to the problem there is no refund offered. The solution to this issue was a change in room and as a bonus an upgrade. As a hotel we did what ever we could to try to resolve this issue and to have an unsatisfied customer.

Good little hotel and good value. Some odd things about the hotel, our room was on a slant. Had to level the refridgerator so that items would not roll out. Breakfast was a plus and decent. Staff were hard to find at times but friendly.

I arrived after midnight and was tired. Check in was quick and easy. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I slept well and missed breakfast. The woman at the front desk was kind and gave me a bagel/cream cheese and a yogurt. Coffee is always available. I really appreciated her. I would stay there again.

Check in was quick and staff was friendly.Room was spacious with a coffee maker,microwave and fridge.It was clean but the housekeeper needs to pay attention to hidden spots.Beside the nightstand between the bed were toenail clippings and the lower part of the toilet was dirty.The pool is warm and depth from 3FT to 5FT open from 6am-11pm adult only from 11pm-12am.No hot tub.The breakfast has hot items such as eggs,sausages and waffles along with the usual continental spacious eating area
