Great place to stay in Chania especially if just arrived from airport or catching a flight as its right beside the bus station with buses to snd from airport. Diana is an excellent host,kind and helpful,minded my bag on the last day until my flight. Rooms are basic but very clean and have everything you need.

Nice stay 1 night
Only one night stay , but really helpful and friendly receptionist. Room was adequate for what we needed ( 1 night ) shower very good air conditioning very good and included in the price . Very handily placed for Chania Old Town less than 10 minutes walk to the Harbour . Room was basic but ok and included fridge , kettle and TV

the property is within two minutes walk from the bus station in Chania. very convenient. Diana was very accomodating.we were allowed to use her spare bathroom to change and to leave our cases whilst we had a look round Chania. we have stayed several times before and are really pleased with the rooms

Convenient central option in Chania
Super convenient for the bus station, but not noisy. Shops, restaurants and the old town were all nearby. The host was friendly and check in was efficient. Room was basic but clean and ac and WiFi both worked consistently well. Very happy to recommend.

Room 1: Cons: - air-con didn’t work properly so it blew warm air. There’s only 1 setting so you can only change the temperature. Didn’t sleep much! - you can hear everything in the corridor (eg doors banging) - small bathroom Pros - very close to bus station - clean - recently updated decor - check-in late up to 00:30

diana is really friendly. good english. had a nice chat about the cat bruno. allowed us to leave the luggage in her house while we had a stroll around chania. very clean and tidy room.we stay regularly as it is near the bus station.

Ideal location
Ideal for an overnight stay when catching a flight or indeed catching a bus the next day, as its very near the bus station. Great check-in and friendly English-speaking owner. The bathroom in my room (No 8) is the "wet" variety which is not a problem provided you are aware.

nice place to stay
Diana was very friendly and helpful for our one night stay here. We had a second floor room and she volunteered to have our heavy bags in her own home to save getting them up the stairs. Nice room with balcony and a very convenient location. pretty garden to sit in too.

Good location, right next to bus station. Very convenient for people catching early morning bus to Chania. Very friendly and flexible owner. Very convenient too, allowed us to leave our luggage in the room and she stored it away for us.

Friendly hotel with courtyard in centre of town
Ideally located close to the city centre and just behind the coach station. Friendly landlady who waited up for me when I arrived late after a delayed flight into Chania.

Nice hotel near the old town
I only stayed 1 night. Very conveniently located next to bus station, as I was arriving late. Very warm and helpful welcome by the owner ! She gave me plenty of advice and help.

Good location
We stayed at Diana Rooms in July 2016. Accommodation was very spartan. Main advantage was that it was very close to the main bus station. 2-minute walk. Staff were helpful and nice.

Spartan and Inexpensive
We used this hotel on the final night of our trip to Chania because of its close proximity to the bus station and Old Town. This is a no-frills establishment, which is reflected in the very modest price, and we knew that going in. You won't get complimentary shampoo or a dozen towels to choose from, but you get what you need. Clean room and sheets, air conditioning, and a bathroom. I have no complaints; it was perfect for what we needed.
