Dear Indresh, Thank you very much for your review. It's very important for us in order to get better and improve our services. Regarding the website, there is photo of the room that you booked. Our executive rooms have different colors and you got the one with the red-orange colors. The cleaning lady visits all the rooms every day. In case that you do not desire cleaning service at the time she comes, she tries a second time and if at this case you are still in the room then she comes again the next day. The reception is always available for all the guests and is always willing to resolve any requests that each of our valuable guest may have. Each window has shutters in case a guest wishes to have privacy. On your executive room there is an aircondition in the living room and due to the fact that there was no aircondition in the bedroom, we provided you a fan in case you wanted to use. Please keep in mind that our breakfast buffet meets all our valuable guests preferences and if it doesn't, we always try to satisfy extra requests. Also please note that the seating at breakfast time is adequate for the size of a boutique hotel. Finally, I am sure that if you had informed us about all the problems that you had we could change you room and make sure you would had an amazing time! As all our valuable guests have!
