The stay was very enjoyable. I can only think of two immediate improvements I would recommend. The mattress is very stiff and the showers are very very small.

We did not like the shower, but other than that the place was wonderful. Beautiful pool, right on the beach, inexpensive sunbeds, great breakfast and friendly staff. If I go back to Naxos I would stay there again in spite of the shower. Location was amazing. Walking distance to restaurants along a sandy beach road. So quaint and beautiful. The beach was beautiful and sandy.

Nothing special here besides walk to beach. Pictures of pool area are not representative of actual pool. There was a wire/net, makeshift fence around the entire pool which is a true eyesore. Breakfast was nice and wait staff around pool and bar were friendly. Rooms and facilities are pretty tired. Front desk staff never sent driver for us at ferry and it was mad chaos trying to get a cab—took 50 minutes in 100 degree heat. Do not show up in Naxos without a prearranged confirmed ride to your hotel!!

Hello!Thank you for sharing your opinion with us and for your review.We would like to reply to the issue you had with the arrival. You haven't had arranged the transfer with us in advance and called us from the Port. We contacted our cooperator imiedately trying to find you a taxi, but they were all booked. We informed you about the possibility on arriving by public bus (which runs every 30 minutes from the Port and stops in front of our hotel)As for the net around the swimming pool-it is set for safety reasons, so no children get to the pool after the lifrguard is not there and the pool is closed.Thank you for appreciating our staff and the breakfast.We wish you all the best and hope to have the pleasure of having you as our Guest in the future.

Highly recommend booking here. Spacious rooms, large pool with kids pool, awesome service and bar, great staff all around, and bi-hourly bus from hotel to Chora-Naxos. We liked it so much we came twice this summer!

Not bad, not great either.
We had a perfectly pleasant stay here for 4 nights. But it was just average. The service was just OK. We had a “family” room. But it wasn’t big enough for 2 adults & 2 children. We wouldn’t go back here though if we visited Naxos again.

Lovely resort!
We loved our stay! It was a bit far from the center but that made it perfect for relaxing and the beach was gorgeous. The service was great and they were so helpful. Recommend renting a car or moto or ATV if you stay here so you can really enjoy the island and not depend on expensive cabs.

I wish there was a 6th star! Stop your search - book here! The location is perfect, on the beach, excellent large pool/child pool, spa, lounges, patio/bar/restaurant - Plaza Beach has it all. Here with my wife and 3 1/2 yr old daughter - we love it so much we extended our stay 2 days!

On the beach, free breakfast nice, lunch and dinner options, you’ll need to walk, or drive. We liked Agia Anna beach for dinner. The Naxos town area is pretty crowded.

Great Bach and location!
Great location at Plaka Beach. Only 5 minute walk to beach! Pool area set up was nice! Great breakfast buffet. Cleaning staff friendly and efficient!

We enjoyed our stay at Plaza Beach hotel although I wouldn’t recommend it to others because of the netting fence all the way round the pool which isn’t shown on the photos and doesn’t seem to be at any other hotel. It blocks the views and access to pool. It might not bother others but it bothered me!! Hotel staff said it was to keep drunk people out of the pool!!

This property is in major need of an update. The rooms were very dated, the bed was uncomfortable, and the shower was TERRIBLE. If even just the shower was updated I would give this review 3.5 or 4 stars instead of just 3. The pool was large and quite nice but the amount of screaming children running around definitely ruined the atmosphere. This is definitely more of a place to bring your children than to just go to with your partner. The included breakfast was lovely, the Balcony was very nice and the close proximity to the beach was the best aspect of staying here. Also Petrino Beach Restaurant down the road was the best food we ate on our entire trip. This property has the potential to be a 5 star hotel but unfortunately it comes up lacking in a number of areas.

I liked the location and proximity to the sea. Still the rooms are overpriced relative to what they have to offer. There is no option for iced coffee during breakfast, Breakfast quality varied. Overall it was good but not great.

Staff was super accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Helped book a tour as well as transfer to airport and port. Location was great! Beach is a few steps away and so many great restaurants in walking distance. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable and room was lacking updates. Breakfast had a lot of options but wasn’t the best quality.

Good experience! Recommended for families
We spent a few days in the hotel with my boyfriend. It's a very nice family hotel in front of the beautiful Plaka Beach Although it's located far from the center of Naxos, there is a bus stop literally in the same street of the hotel and there is a supermarket with fair prices right next to the hotel. When we arrived, they gave us some free welcome drinks and also a free dinner, which was a very nice gesture. The breakfast was OK (but not the best quality) with a great variety of things to try.

I loved our stay at the Plaza Beach Hotel and would definitely return and recommend to everyone... The staff and service at reception, housekeeping and pool bar are amazing and they do their best from their hearts... Their location at Plaka Beach is perfect so we have access at once to the amazing beach and the beautiful large pool with views of the beach and countryside at the same time... with the best mojitos.

Nice place especially if you're looking for a beach getaway. The beaches and water are much nicer here in the Plaka area than the ones closer to town. Another plus is that they offer a great dinner buffet. It's nice not to have to wait for table service at the end of a long day. Breakfast was also fantastic. The only downside is the internet is a little wobbly. Overall highly recommend...

Loved our stay at the Plaza Beach! Literally right on Plaka beach, but with a great pool if you don’t want to spend all your time at the beach. Sunsets that rival the acclaimed sunsets of Santorini. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The breakfast in the morning is awesome. The bus runs right in front of the hotel so it’s easy to get in to town, or just down the road to Agia Anna or Maragas if you want a change of pace or access to more restaurants. The hotel also has a complementary shuttle to/from the port or airport which we found is uncommon in Greece so saved us $50 - $100 on airport transfers. Only a couple downsides - there is only a couple restaurants within walking distance from the hotel and no place serves coffee nearby before 8am...so if you are an early morning riser who needs coffee that is a downer.

Nice place to stay
The hotel was in a quiet area right by the beach. Very relaxing. We went in low season so some of the amenities were shut down (steam room, sauna). The breakfast also did not have the best food selection but, again, that may have been due to the time of year. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel so getting around is very simple. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Great place to relax
We love this hotel on Plaka beach. Have stayed here for at least 8 nights each of the last 5 years. Friendly staff and excellent facilities. Pool a fantastic spot to relax. Beautiful beach over the road from the hotel. Excellent local tavernas in particular Petrino and Nikos & Maria’s. Good choices for inclusive breakfast. Wi-fi patchy but good speed. As seems typical in Greece beds very firm. Looking forward to returning next year.

The hotel is made up of small houses that all have front porches with chairs and coffee table. They are made in mediterranean style with white stone and are very well insulated from the heat. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi that were very close to the rooms. The property has also sun beds on the grass where you can rest near the pool. It is also very close to the sandy beach where you can rent 2 sun beds and an umbrella with 6 euros per day. The beach is very clean, the whole area place is quiet, away from the crowds that you can find near to the city of Naxos. Also the the colour of the sea in that area is a vey beautiful shade of blue. Most of dinning places within 15 minutes walking but you can also dine at the property.
