Terrible. Did not properly explain hotel policies. We clearly checked in with a dog at the desk and we’re not informed of any pet fees additionally. On the last day of the stay, we were kicked off the property almost 4 hours before checkout ecause the owner had called the police for us not paying pet fee. No refund and nothing. Terrible

Pool is not in order, the staff are rude and unprofessional. The Indian women (which is only a manager not the GM) presented herself as the GM the actual GM is very nice and a pleasant person. The reason I am still here they have a no refund policy and I had already paid online. I can not put into words the attitude the Indian lady had. I thought maybe she was having a bad day and overlooked it, No that’s her everyday. How she still has a job is beyond me she is definitely in the wrong profession I actually witnessed her in the parking lot, raising her voice arguing with a guest. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone as unhappy as she is with her life and job as she makes everybody around her miserable. I really hope with we many complaints as she has against her, that they can see that she makes people not want to return

Julia and ellizabeth two of the employees that work at the front desk are incredible. They take the time to talk to you, explain things and treat you like a human being. As far as the other staff that have been here the last few days are rude and just not nice. Roaches in the room, I had to clean the bathroom and used my own towels because the ones provided stink. The complimentary shampoo/ body wash if the guest didn’t use all of it Or didn’t take it, it is left for you half used. Drink splattered on the wall behind the night stand, remotes have no back on them. I have been over charged 80 dollars, when I called to talk to the front desk I was hung up on. This will be the last time i stay at this hotel. Half the guest are rude as well and it is because the front desk stress them out. I travel allot for work and personal vacation and this is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. They have a no refund policy, if I could get my money back I would definitely move to another hotel. But with the no refund policy and being over charged I do not have the money to go to another hotel. I have never been at a hotel and talked to like a dog or belittled which is the experience I have had. The water does not drain in the shower: Disgusting is the room and certain stairt are very unprofessional. If you come to stay here hopefully Julie is at the front desk she’s awesome 😎

This was the worst experience staying at a hotel in my life. Never, ever stay here if you value cleanliness at all. When we checked in I was informed that they did not provide linens for the pull-out couch. That was the primary reason we made this reservation because we are a family of 5 and needed the extra sleeping space. Thought surely there would at least be an extra pillow when we got to the room- nope! Went back to the desk to ask for one, was told no they couldn't provide one. Informed the desk clerk that the pull-out was filthy and she didn't care. Just informed me that all the rooms were full so she couldn't switch me to another room. That was the only truthful thing she had to say. It was a busy weekend in the area because I tried to find another hotel. The room was in terrible condition. -Spots on the wall had been fixed, but they didn't bother to paint it the same paint color -Tub finish was peeling -Sink nearly impossible to turn on -Dirt on the floors -Hair in the shower -No phone -Coffee maker broken -Insufficient towels -toilet ran on and off all night Morning desk clerk was complete opposite. Very helpful and knew that the staff was horrible. I hope that she is able to find another job where they can appreciate her capable service because I don't see how this place will stay open much longer due to the lousy service. Felt like we should have been paid to stay there not the other way around!

This place needs a complete remodel. I was greatful that I had clean sheets and bath towels but my covers to my bed had cigarette burn holes. Breakfast was only limited to toast and waffles. I know it takes money to remodel but if it were winter I would have left because I could see daylight from the exterior door. I definitely won’t be staying there again.

First time I've checked in to a hotel and there was still a previous guest's stuff in the room when I went to open the door. Had to get switched to another room without the bed I had booked. It was the same price but could have been avoided if the room was actually checked after the previous guest's "early checkout." Place could use some deep cleaning. Walked past a room that has broken glass that was just taped. The whole place is not inviting. If you want cheap you got it, but it isn't worth it. Should have stayed at a Super 8.

One dingy pit stop
The place is old and dingy. They could definitely use a paint job. I didn't shower because the bathroom was too outdated and dingy. The lamps on the wall were old and falling apart like it should have in a halloween movie. This place is a one star hotel. The staff were very kind

I show up for my reservation. I was told the card reader didn't work and i had to use cash. I went to the ATM to get cash and the ATM did not work. The staff said i would have to find a ATM to pay cash. Why would i go hurting for a atm just to pay you. I went to the holiday inn express next door and got a room now rodeway charged my card and wont give me a refund. I will take it up with my bank.

The smell of tobacco was overwhelming gross and horrible! The room was disgusting from the table to the linens to the floors to the sink to the dresser to the shower and lining in the shower. The chair look like it came from the dumpsters. The he price difference between walking up and online is scam suspicious. The microwave was straight RUST under the plate. It was so bad that I left early. Wayyy early. Really feel like you all OWE ME A REFUND OF SOME KIND!!!!

The room had too many roaches in it to be comfortable. The bed sheets are almost dry rotted, they have holes in them. NONE of the towels in the room looked clean and the sofa had stains.

Fortunately the room was ready. We were coming from out-of-town for a wedding and we’re able to get ready, but I did not feel comfortable spending the night. It smelled like smoke in our nonsmoking room. The lights were out in the lobby. There seemed to be a footprint on the wall and I did not trust the overall cleanliness of the room.
