"I made my reservation through Expedia. For whatever reason, when I arrived, the hotel had no record of it. Candice, the guest service manager, took an hour of her own time to sit with me and work with Expedia, resolving the problem. Excellent customer service!"

"Water pressure from shower was outstanding. Purchased a container of orange juice when checking in. Using the O J to take my pills but it didn’t taste good. Looked at the label and it expired in January. I notified the staff when checking out and they refunded my purchase. Also had trouble turning the TV on.might have been a bad battery."

"First vacation as an empty nest couple. The desk lady is nice. The property is nice inside. They allow smoking right outside the door, so the "breeze way" is a deceiver. HOWEVER, the inside smells good.(Smells are a major issue for me as I have hyper senses :/) Bed is a little iffy, but then again most hotels are :) "
