"I was attending an event in the city centre so the Gresham Aparthotel was ideally located. Being in the annex it was a bit of a labyrinth finding my way to the room, but I did manage to get back to it after my night out. Although there was still noise in the streets when I got back, I heard nothing in my room, which was clean and well-equipped. "The pictures don't do the place justice, the location is great and its minutes walk into Borrowash for shops and pubs etc and only a few minutes drive into Derby. "Comfortable and quiet hotel. Well situated and good free bus connections on Leicester hopper to the city and station. Feels new and looked after. Parking is limited at the hotel but nearby hospital pay and display car park could be used. We wanted quiet and the room was soundproofed. Nice bathroom. Developed a rash from the bed and reception moved us to a new room. The staff member suggested it was maybe cleaning products used by linen company. Hotel did say they would update us via email but never happened."
