The property was very clean, the meals were lovely and staff very friendly, the only thing i did not like was a lot of noise during the night outside in the car park but overall very satisfied.

A very comfy bed. All staff were helpful and polite. The choice at breakfast was excellent and evening meals (which should be booked i n advance)were very good and fairly priced.

A nice independently run hotel that is clean and has good facilities with very friendly helpful staff. The restaurant is excellent too. The hotel is a little dated but not in a bad way, it just adds to the charm. I would recommend it

Loved our stay - polite, friendly and helpful staff. Occasional nuisance in the morning with some inconsiderate residents not knowing how to shut a door quietly at six in the morning!!! Other than that had a wonderful time....

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room including the en-suite was spacious & clean. The bed was so comfortable. The food was delicious. The hotel as a whole was well presented, the flowers at the entrance were so pretty and their fragrance was beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely hotel with good facilities. The rooms are clean and comfortable as are the communal areas. The pool is well maintained and the gardens are pleasant to sit out in. The reception staff and maids are so friendly and helpful. However some of the restaurant staff could crack a smile now and again! A couple of the young girls were fantastic, but the older ones seemed very grumpy! Breakfast was tasty though and always hot with a good range. The hotel corridors could do with sprucing up and there are lots of steps, which are not great for anyone with mobility problems.

The hotel is pleasant, but a few areas that need updating, e.g.aged wardrobe. The breakfast is excellent, but the one evening meal we had was maybe 2.5 stars i.e. edible but rather plain, despite having inviting descriptions. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room was comfortable and clean with nice seating area outside in the shared space. Bed was not Kingsize as advertised but two singles joined which made for an uncomfortable join in the centre. Also had single duvets?? Bathroom was good apart from some mildew on the grouting of the tiles in the shower area. Restaurant was generally good - breakfast was excellent with a good range available unfortunately we could not eat on our final day as had an early flight. Evening meal was good in parts lots of young staff all very friendly and helpful but sometimes not understanding English causing some confusion with ordering. Apple tart instead of lemon? Also no checking back to see if everything ok. Pool and sauna lovely especially when quiet and good outside seating space. Location quiet but easy to access Gorey Pier - half hour stroll or 5 minute bus ride. Also St Helier accessible by bus outside the hotel and from there the rest of the Island. No staff available for early check out but bill sorted out over the phone .

Such a lovely hotel with great facilities. Room was lovely and had a great view of Gorey castle. The gym, pool and little central outside area was amazing. Food was great. Staff were very helpful. The bar and Library were also great. Would definitely stay there again.

Good hotel
Good hotel, quiet location, mostly friendly and helpful staff. It's a bit tired and dated, the restaurant is so-so, but no major issues, overall pretty nice to stay a couple of nights.

Having breakfast both in the food and seating options is outdated and from another era. The tables are allocated by your room you occupy. We were chatised by sitting in an identical table to our allocated "room table" both of which were vacant.

Located in a quiet location, The Beausite is a little gem. Don't expect the Ritz but what it lacks in extravagance, it makes up in customer service and a family feel to the staff. Breakfast is good and a good range. The evening menu although not vast, was good value for money and tasted fantastic. Even my fussy daughter was inviting us all to try hers as it was so good. Parking can get a little tight at times, but a very short walk to the bus stop and a short distance to the beach. Highly recomended

In a great location with an amazing beach nearby. Bus service is fantastic in Jersey so getting around is easy. A great place to stay with a bice pool and Sauna. Very friendly staff. The only bad point was the shower in the room, because of very poor ventilation in the room there was damp on the ceiling which got worse throughout the week, otherwise the room.was adequate.

We had a room on the third floor and had problems with the hot water and was asked if we would mind moving to the ground floor, we were pleased that we did as the stairs are a bit much for elderly people. The staff are very helpful and very friendly. The breakfasts were great. There would only be one gripe that the car park was a little small and could be difficult to park at times, apart from that we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend

Stayed in double room very spacious bed was comfy staff very helpful, however i was under the impression that breakfast would be free to guests bt was an additional charge on top of the £200+ i paid for two nights. Indoor pool very nice although a little cool. Nearby gorey pier was very good and had nice little italian restaurant. Bar drinks reasonable although more beer choice could of been required. Overall a pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel, relax and enjoy Jersey
Lovely hotel right oposite golf course and beach. Quiet area but easy access to st helier via bus and everywhere else. Nice indoor pool and lovely garden area with recliners.

Perfectly placed to explore the island
Perfectly placed to explore the east side of Jersey on my bicycle and a 30 minute walk by road, beach or coast path to Gorey. The hotel is modern with a wide open reception space. The garden area was lovely to relax in. Plenty of bicycle secure parking

Relaxing, faultless Family Run Hotel
Wonderful family run hotel with a country house feel. Super relaxing and extremely friendly. Tucked away in a quiet but highly accessible location with bus stop directly outside and a smashing beach walk to Gorey. Food at the hotel is top notch and superb value.

Very noisy bar open until 2 am. Broken room window. View from room. Poor room tv wrongly fitted to wall Inter-room noise high Foreign staff often don't understand basic English Lack of clarity about room service Reception under-manned at busy times. Pool water too cold.

Accessibility provision very poor. Many stairs to the room and narrow corridors and access to room itself and bathroom. Shower room poorly laid out and not suitable to use if you were with a small child despite booking a triple room for family use. Room poorly ventilated and no fans available.

Lovely garden area and the pool was a good bonus, plus hotel Is right by a handy bus stop. Beds comfy. But the decor was a touch tired plus there were what looked like bleach stains on carpet in my room. The food (dinner and breakfast - both only eaten once to be fair) was underwhelming.

Our 4 th visit to this hotel and it was excellent as usual. The rooms are a little dated although exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are brand new with wall in showers so I presume the rest of the decor will be done soon.
