Likes: great customer service, room with 2 queen beds was extremely comfortable and clean, had amazing sleep, the shower bathroom was very spacious and modern. The roof top view and infinity pool were an amazing experience. The Hotel provided a direct shuttle to the airport in a spacious modern car. Highly recommended for anyone that is travelling for business or pleasure. Dislikes: None

The ease of access to surroundings. I'm not going to disregard the circumstances that were happening in Ecuador. Safety was my concern, the area felt very safe. The food was AMAZING, thank you for making me feel welcome.

My entire family stayed there for the Christmas Holidays! It was a wonderful luxurious experience since the moment we arrived! We couldn’t feel more safe and pampered! Five stars hotel in one of the most safest and also the most beautiful touristic area of the city!

Great place to visit, close to the airport. Breakfast is really good and staff is professional and friendly. There is construction across the street and you will not be sleeping pass 9am. If you are an esrly bird this will not be an issue for you.

I did not have hot water in the shower! Only barely warm. Room was clean and fine. I didn't use any of the amenities or go out in the area, so I have not comments other than that I didn't have hot water in my shower!

The staff were incredibly helpful! I was able to arrange for a pickup from the airport via their shuttle. They helped with the bags and general tips. The shuttle is 24 hours, so when our flights changed and we had to catch a 3am back to the airport, it wasn't an issue at all. The neighborhood was very walkable as well. Super touristy, but also with law enforcement everywhere. The rooms were really comfortable as well. Only downside was getting a room with a view of the river also meant hearing the noise of the people enjoying the evening (music, crowds, etc). Highly recommend.

Tengo años viniendo y el hotel es espectacular, con vista increíble al río. La zona está llena de restaurantes y es súper segura. Incluso hay un par de súper mercados y farmacias por lo que se ofrezca. Y la atención del staff siempre más que buena. Siempre que pueda volveré a este hotel.

The property was beautiful and the amenities were very nice. There is a construction project outside and the staff do a great job in separating guests from that noise.

Second stay at this property. Comfortable accommodations, but the love is in the details. First stay was a bit wobbly as I arrived before the 3pm check in and as an Expedia Platinum member I was expecting an early check in but had to complain that I didn't think I should wait for over an hour and half for a room. Lobby manager was approached and he sorted it out, but I felt I was being treated as a chore rather than a real desire to accommodate me as a guest. Second stay was much better and is the reason I gave high stars. Was accommodated with an early check in but was going to be charged $30 until I told the young lady that I was a VIP member, which she hadn't realized at first. I wasn't offered the two complimentary beverages but decided that because people were trying to do a good job, I didn't make a fuss. Overall, I enjoy this hotel, the location is great, lots to do around the hotel and you definitely feel safe and secure. I plan to come back often as I'm doing business in Guayaquil and it's an extremely convenient and secure five star hotel.
